      Do not recommend wish i would’ve looked at the reviews before i even ordered! Will laugh at you, will block you and just leave you with every excuse in the book! 90.00 lost and will never see it or the outfits at all! Needs to be shut down.

      This “small business” is a joke! Horrible customer service, never received items, when I emailed - got nothing back. I even sent a ******** message and got nothing back. I had to blow up their actual ******** page with comments warning others about the company being a fraud and I finally got an email back saying to not comment on pictures of “her child” (I commented scam company). Do NOT BUY from this Botique on ********. You have been warned.

      The company is a rip off and liar. I bought a product, it was to small I emailed and had approval to mail back at my expense and when they got another one they would ship the larger size. I emailed her multiple times and was reassured it was coming. Then one day I emailed and they said they told me no such thing but refunded my money. They have my product, I got no refund and now they won't return my emails. I will never shop with this boutique.

      Would leave zero if I could! You do not receive your items when you’re told. They will not respond to you. Will quickly cancel your order for leaving a bad review on Facebook, but will not issue a refund!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

      Would leave zero stars if I could. I had a bad experienc last year and despite that ordered again on 8/17/22. Today is 11/17/22 and I just received my items. Two of those items were football seemed and we are past football season so they are useless to me. Another one is an orange dress that we now have one week left in November to wear. Ordering in August I went by the shipping date that was stated of September.. not to mention the sizing is insane. I have 3 pairs of 18m pants and not a one of them is even close to the others. Super unhappy I had to wait almost four months for items that are now out of season and won’t even fit. Biggest waste of $126 ever !!!!!! I didn’t even bother to try to get any updates on shipping this year because last year when I had complaints about the sizing of the items I got blocked and deleted out of all pages.

      First off this is the very FIRST bad review I have ever done ..So that will give you an idea how bad it is ..I ordered 2 items in August . Money for both items was taken out of my account that day. I was advised I would receive an email when shipped . I've heard nothing. No response to any emails I have sent . This was NOT a pre-order... I will NEVER order from the again. I made another purchase the very same night from another company off ********, I received that order within 3 working days...STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY !!!

      The worst customer service ever and it takes forever to get your orders even though it states it will ship in 2-3 weeks or that it’s ready to ship. I should have learned with my first order that I placed before thanksgiving for a Christmas dress that I finally received 3 days before Christmas but I didn’t. I ordered a pair of shoes that was stated would ship in 2-3 weeks on March 30th and I have screenshots to prove it and it is May 28th and I have yet to receive a tracking number or the shoes. I emailed twice and no response. I commented on ** multiple times and each time it was a different date that they would ship. Numerous customers who ordered the same was having their comments and responses deleted and the owner deleted the original post with the 2-3 week shipping. I commented that I wanted a refund if the shoes had not been shipped by Wednesday to which I got no response but the owner posted one comment to everyone that they would have a tracking number by Friday to which we haven’t received and the owner never paid a bit of attention to anyone or even responded to their or my comments of wanting a refund. I had to open a dispute with ****** to get my money refunded.

      This customer not only received their order, they also received a refund for the order. When customers order pre order items they have to agree to the terms and condition of the pre order. Which states there is a chance for delays. There are possibilities of shipping delays and manufacture delays with COVID, possible delays we could face with customs clearance etc. these terms were agreed to upon check out.

      I placed an order the beginning of April. I emailed to ask if I could get an update on my order, I did not receive a reply. I waited until beginning of May and asked again, still no reply. I commented on one of the posts on the page and she has blocked me from commenting or emailing!! I spent over $100 and this is how I’m treated!! Worst customer service ever!! I wouldn’t have given the one star if I didn’t have to!

      This boutique has possibly some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered, there is absolutely no response to any messages. You can’t message on fb, ig, and their messaging/chat function on their website is automated. I placed an order in late February for an Easter outfit and it’s now april and I still have not received it nor have I received a response to my emails about tracking. The outfit was RTS so there shouldn’t be this long of a delay. It’s going to be a waste of money once it’s received because Easter will have passed. I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews, but I am this time simply for the lack of communication from the boutique. It’s not that difficult to send a quick reply to let a paying customer know that there is a hood up or delay of some kind of that’s the case. My granddaughter will have outgrown the clothes by the time I receive them, IF they’re ever received.

      I placed an order back in October and received it in December 2021. I understand these were pre-orders so I was happy to wait. I received my Black Stripe Hi Low set and the front of the shirt was the back and the back the front...I emailed and did a return of my item in January 2022. It is now March 2022 and I have still not received my replacement outfit or a refund. I have emailed several time, tried to reach out on ******** and I get no response. Thinking this may have just been a fluke and giving the benefit of the doubt, I placed another order in February 2022 for a St. Patrick's Day outfit for my baby to wear to school. Welp, HUGE MISTAKE!!!! This is March 15, 2022 and we have no outfit. At this point, I emailed again several times asking about my items and on ******** again as there is no phone number to contact this business. I will NEVER support this boutique again and will be requesting from my bank a refund for ALL my money due to no response from the company to address issues!
