            -July 27th, I purchased an OEM windshield from Angler Windshield Repair for my 2012 F-150 and wrote a check for $405.00 to pay for the new windshield. -Sep 24th, I woke up to my windshield cracked from an internal stress crack. I called Angler Windshield Repair and spoke with a technician regarding this issue, who stated that it was under warranty for them to replace it. They stated a technician would be out Saturday, Oct 1st, to take photos of the windshield and send them to their warranty vendor. They took pictures, and I also sent the technician photos as well. -Mon, Oct 10th, I reached out to see if there was a response from the vendor, to which the technician stated that "I will reach out to them today". No follow-up call from the business. -Oct 13th, I reached out again to see if the company had my replacement windshield, to which they stated "should be here this afternoon" followed by, "crap bud wrong person, waiting on warranty guy to get back. I've been calling". -Oct 15th reached out w/ no response -Oct 20th stated that it has been over two weeks since the windshield was stress cracked, the business stated: "yes they will cover the replacement that windshield in particular is on back order give me a shout mud next week". "Mid". -Oct 29th, reached out w/ no response -Nov 1st, reached out with their response being, "soon as they receive them in they will be shipping your new one to us. Alot of our parts are coming in slow." "Just keep checking. I look for it any day now. If I don't hear anything by Friday I will contact the vendor again." -Dec 15th, reached out w/ no response -Jan 5, reached out w/ no response -Jan 10, reached out w/ no response -Jan 5, reached out w/ no response Since September the company keep avoiding my calls and not responding to text messages. The entire conversation is attached to the complaint. The receipt of the original service is attached also. Requesting full refund along with additional payment for lost time and resources.

            Angler Glass Co Magnolia I had the worst experience with any company. We have owned and Operated our business for 46 years and have relationships with many vendors and building trades. I first made contact to make a new glass pane for my antique car. Dave, the technician said yes he could make it for $250. I agreed and paid. Dave got the glass back in a reasonable time. However, the glass edge was taped up when delivered so I couldn't see the edge. A few days later I went to install and removed tape. Found edge was a rough cut. I called Dave and asked if he could polish the edge. Dave said yes and picked the glass up. Dave called back to say he didn't have the right equipment to polish the edge. Dave returned the glass. I asked for a rebate on the price because it was not finished. No luck. I called the office and I complained with no luck. The assistant told me the owner would let me know what he could do. Waste of time. I had to hire another company to Polish the edge Why would anyone take a Job if they can't finish and do it correctly and still take full price? Gil ******

            If customer is unsatisfied with ending product, we strive to correct this in best possibly way to insure everyone is satisfied. However when we received call, it wasn't a transparent call by far. Customer calls shop wanting rebate, that is wasn't an issue. The customer call techs number and gets irate then hangs up on him. It is about a 30.00 fix but he insisted on hanging up before anything can get resolved. We can't have customers yelling and hanging up. We trying to be very fair but it's impossible to give any kind of rebate if customer keeps hanging up and threatening to blast the community with negative thoughts. Bottom line is if he would hang up because he is so upset over something so minute we wouldn't be on bbb at all. Best regards Jlw
