We Moved into our Unit March of 2023 we begin having issue with our a/c shortly after that maintenance would always come out but would always say its nothing wrong with our unit every time we put in a request. We then had to contact corporate because we knew something wasnt right our a/c would rise quicker than it would drop it would take well over an hour for it to drop. We even recorded a video and took it to the leasing office to show them still nothing was done. Not until we contacted corporate and they suggested getting an a/c contracted out to look at our unit. And once he did that he told us there was no insulation in our apartment to keep the hot air out and cool air in its been 6 months of living in the heat with me being pregnant and my fianc and 10 month old daughter its gets above 80 degrees and thats not a livable living condition we are in the heat all day long it never cools down and they seem to be dragging there feet to fix the issue its been 6 months now and we been very patient and we are tired at this point the cold air is literally being sucked out because of no insulation from what was told to us by the contractor
