I had issues with my kitchen cabinets since they were installed in my home that was built. I had warranty issues submitted with the builder where the manufacturer replaced multiple cabinets in the past. The issue isn't humidity that the builder attested to since that was ruled out by a hygrometer reader. The manufacturer refuses to replace the cabinets and has gotten the builder to agree to replacing only 3 but now won't replace any. They agreed with the builder to stain the defective cabinets as close as possible but won't take responsibility if they blemish the cabinets per the builder letter to me.Business response

Cabinets for this house were installed on 12/28/2020 and the house closed sale on or about 1/29/2021. Since that time, Hoffman Cabinets have replaced multiple doors and made several trips to provide touchups in different areas each time, all with charge, due to customer satisfaction and our commitment to our product. After sending a field supervisor to meet with this homeowner, Hoffman agreed to replace cabinets doors on 3 more cabinet due to loose inside panels. However, our service team has reported that, in order to show them what the problem is, he had forcibly pushed on the inside panel to make it move.
After speaking with the warranty representative for the builder company, Hoffman Cabinets received a service request to replace 3 additional doors but to do nothing else. At no time did Hoffman Cabinets try to influence or convince the builder company what they should or should not do concerning the warranty provided to the homeowner. That request was completed on 4/14/2021.
The next request for this house came in 10 months later from the warranty representative of the builder company stating there were doors that were not closing properly and needed to be replaced. Those doors were manufactured and a service date was set for 2/10/22 to replace the doors. However, when our service team showed up at the scheduled time, the homeowner refused the service. That service ticket was canceled based on the homeowners refusal of service.
Our final service request was received on 3/25/22 to meet the service rep at the homeowners house to provide minor touchups on a couple of doors that had shrinkage on the center panel but Hoffman has not been allowed to complete this.

I am rejecting this response because: The manufacturer refused to replace the cabinets per the screenshots provided in this complaint. There was a typo where the number 3 was added to the builder complaint where the builder (Oz) stated he would have the manufacture come out to assess the cabinet doors that needed to be replaced. The manufacturer said they were not going to replace anymore doors and only showed up to replace 3 that was because of the complaint typo with the builder. I refused to let the manufacture in and told them that Oz stated they were going to show up to ***** all the cabinets which the builder ignored. There is a lack of quality or the builder replaced cabinet doors with already defective ones where I had this issue since I closed on my house Every cabinet door needs to be replaced thats defective that the manufacturer is responsible under warranty and needs to provide me a letter stating they will be responsible for the defective cabinets that get installed in my house
