Additional Information for WYS Enterprises, LLC

BBB promotes truth in advertising by contacting advertisers whose claims conflict with the BBB Code of Advertising.  These claims may come to our attention from our internal review of advertising, consumer complaints and competitor challenges.  BBB asks advertisers to prove their claims, change ads to make offers more clear to consumers, and remove misleading or deceptive statements.

On June 24, 2022, BBB contacted WYS Enterprises, LLC regarding its advertised claims on their website https://www.wysewell.com.

WYS Enterprises, LLC advertises claimed results including:

“Hold under your tongue for 60-90 and experience faster absorption and higher bioavailability than edibles, capsules, and beverage products.”

“Hold under your tongue for 60-90 and experience faster absorption and higher bioavailability than edibles, capsules, and beverage products.”

BBB Code of Advertising states claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy, or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data.

BBB requested WYS Enterprises, LLC to provide evidence from recent, reliable, and competent studies or other objective data about their specific products' advertised claims on their website. Including any scientific findings, FDA approvals, clinical studies, or other objective data to substantiate claims their products are safe for human use.

BBB also requested WYS Enterprises, LLC to provide BBB evidence substantiating bioavailability as comparing the bioavailability of products to other products requires comparative human testing.

BBB requested if substantiation from recent, reliable, and competent scientific studies could not be provided WYS Enterprises, LLC discontinue the advertised claims to address BBB’s concern.

As of July 28, 2022, WYS Enterprises did not respond to BBB's requests to modify, substantiate or discontinue the advertisements.
