On 7/9/2022 I paid a deposit for ******** to ***************************** with Tailored Living for a custom closet system and installation (total amount 9,795.07$). We were told the job would be completed within 60 days. 10/6/2022 I still not received an update regarding my closet and no services had been honored. After many phone calls and text messages, 10/25 they came to demo our existing closet with no solid plan to return for installation. 11/9 they began installation but did not finish. 11/12 and 11/22 more work was done on the closet BUT incorrect hardware and warped drawers and materials. On 11/22 I was asked to pay the remaining balance minus 10% until the job was fully completed; I paid an additional $4407 and was told by ***************************** that he would return in two days to finish the job. He did not return then and no contact was made. 12/19 I reached out to follow-up regarding fixing warped drawers and incorrect hardware; no response. 12/27 I texted again; was told he would return the following week to finish job correctly. 1/10 I texted to follow up; no response. 1/10 I called and spoke with ****** who once again told me that he would be able to finish the job "this weekend". Since September 2022 it has been a hassle to have this business respond and even attempt to follow through on our agreement. To-date, 9,304.53$ has been paid for a job that has not been completed. This is very unfair and does not feel legal. BBB and consumers should know about this and I would like to either have a refund or the job completed. Thank you.Business response

It is our intent to complete this job to their satisfaction. We will contact the customer to see if they are available on Tuesday, 1/31 to complete this closet.
