We booked a load August 26, 2022 (Friday). This load was picked up up Monday 8/29. However due to unforeseen circumstances the truck did not start. We took our truck to the shop for repair and we were today to pick up our truck Monday AM. When we went to the mechanic shop to pick up our truck, the truck still did not work 100%. We emailed the company right away when we realized this. We emailed broker ******* and let her know that our truck and trailer was not fixed yet and should would need to recover the load. She told us she was reporting us to freight guard/ carrier 4-1-1 and then told us to stop emailing her. We now have a freight guard report on our name because of this company due to our truck being broke down. In this industry there are unforeseen circumstances. This happens often in this business. We always book loads with the intention to complete them on time however unforeseen circumstances do occur. We did apologize for the inconvenience. My company does not do business like this. It is very unethical and unprofessional to lie on companies to freight gaurd report. We are requesting to remove the freight guard report as we did communicate that our truck was broken.
