In November flooring installation direct was hired to do work in my home. Replace of cabinets, laminate flooring and shower installation As the workers was getting ready to take my granite countertop out the back door I told them to open the door and use the level to hold the door opened. I left only to return to find my back door the open spring making noise upon closing and the door handle broken. I told the owner Mr. ******* about it. He said they will fix it. He said it was repaired. But when I went out the door to let my dog out as I do every day. The noise return and the door knob fell of again. I spoke to the owner again and again with out my presence the try to fix again. Again I have had the same problem. The laminate flooring in my kitchen has a gap in it I told him about this after the work was completed and he was paid. He started he will come back to repair at this time he has not returned and is not answering my calls he has me on block. Or pay for replacement and return of tip $300Business response
