I contacted Power **** last year to inspect my property. We have a warranty for the foundation work. I was told that they couldnt do an inspection until September. I did not hear back, and subsequent attempts to contact the office went unanswered. I have emailed, called, and used the contact form in their site. No response.

In 2018, PowerJack Foundation (now known as Jack *********************** installed 15 steel piers to support my foundation. Two years later, they added eight piers around the sides of my house. In the summer of 2022, my house began to show cracks in walls and the floor was noticeably sloping. I attempted to contact the company when I found out about the restructuring and name change. I have left messages regularly and no one has contacted me. Not only has their work proven to be very poor, they are in violation of our contract by not honoring their warranty. PowerJack's refusal to call or follow up with the many messages I've left is clearly an intentional avoidance of honoring their contract. I feel some sort of financial restitution should be made. I am now forced to contact another company and pay for them to install piers so that I don't lose my house.

This is by far the worst hire I have ever made. I have had this dysfunctional, excuse making company on auto dial I have had so many issues. DO NOT EVER consider this company or any affiliate it works with. I have called every day for 10 days for MORE warranty work and they will not even bother calling me back much less honor their warranty. No I am hearing they changed their name - no surprise if everyone has same issues I do - they should be banned from doing foundation work. I have spent thousands on additional crack repairs, doors adjusted, windows needing fixing - just do NOT use these clowns.

We hired ********************** Jack in 2019 to level and stabilize our foundation. The cost was $10,600.00 and included a Lifetime Warranty. They showed up the day the were supposed to and installed piers around the perimeter of the house and refilled the holes in the concrete porch as they were supposed to. 3 months later, after a slight rain, the doors on the house wouldn't close due to the foundation moving again. Over the next 3 years we had them return to adjust the piers 3 more times. Every change of the weather made the house sink further and the company got harder and harder to contact. Finally we found out that they had restructured and changed the name to Jack ********************** Foundation repair. I contacted them and got a letter telling us the pandemic caused them to restructure but they offered to reinstate the warranty for $150.00 and either charge $250.00 for each pier they adjusted. Since we were already deeply invested, we chose to go with this offer and I've sent them a check for$150.00 and asked them to schedule me ASAP since my foundation has since cracked and no doors close or open correctly and the bathroom and kitchen area visibly falling with major cracks in the ceiling, tub and shower pulling away from the walls, cabinets pulling away., I have heard from them for a couple of weeks so I've been calling just about daily to several different numbers and hey the same recording she no one answered it returned calls. They won't answer emails or respond to the online request form. I've lost the money and my house is unsellable at this point due to there poor performance and now they are ignoring me. The message changed this past weekend to tell us they had a company meeting Friday and Monday. After the weekend the message changed back to how sorry they were to miss the call and to leave a message... Yada yada yada and if course they've done nothing but ignore me.

After consulting with several foundation repair companies about my foundation slight movement, my husband and I selected and hired Power Jack Foundation Repair back in **** to repair my foundation movement based on a plan of action written out. They installed piers in the interior (hallway near bedrooms, front porch, and living room) and exterior (west side, All along front northside, and eastside). It came with a lifetime warranty. We had to call them back out to adjust the piers in 2006, 2007 (added more piers), 2008, 2009, 2015, and came back out twice in 2021. Didn't leave a report of the measurements. The last few times they came, they blamed me and my husband for the house not staying on the piers. They took no responsibility. They're very argumentative and confrontational. I want them to adjust the piers where they won't loose their pressure. Piers have never kept their pressure continuously through the years. We're so exhausted from the interactions with foremen *********************** and general manager Reagon. We paid the money and are not getting the service we paid for. Originally, the front of our house was only down an inch or two, but now it is down on both sides of from 8 inches. Hired qualified well-known professional engineer to take measurements and make recommendations. As we suspected, the piers were not holding. Powerjack must come back and get my home in alignment. I have called often and left messages as well. Even asked staff to have owner to call. A lot of the time, I cannot get a response. When Owner finally answered after ******* came out in August and saw front was down and recommended crew to adjust piers, Owner said ****** said no work needed to be done. They WILL NOT adjust my piers. BREACH of CONTRACT. Powerjack/*****, if you can't get my home leveled and stabilized, then give us our money back! Been so disappointed with the work not being stable and hold our home in place as they said they could do. BREACH of CONTRACT.

Last month Power Jack Foundation Repair, agreed to fix the foundation repair done prior mostly addressing outside issues, and under warranty. They also stated I needed numerous more piers throughout the inside, mostly inside my townhouse at **********************************. I have water (probable sewage) coming up through one of the numerous holes they cut and **** hammered out and then put in something and filled it back with concrete. The one is in the open area beside the kitchen. formal dining. This usually happens when you flush the toilet from one of the upstairs bathrooms. The other two bathrooms, the master bath upstairs as well as the bathroom down stairs toilets will not flush. I have been calling the office and leaving multiple voice messages as well as calling *******************, my salesperson and leaving messages. His cell is **********. He does text back messages to cal the office? I paid them $490 down and the rest of the $4900 **** the date they torn the townhouse up.

We did return her calls and kept leaving voicemails. We were able to speak with her and she was advised to call a plumber for the water issue. A plumbing test is always recommended after foundation repair.
