I visited their establishment&agreed to enroll in their program for one month. The owner kept my card on file and charged me for four months one of those months he charged me twice. I tried to call the establishment to see if these charges were made in error and to clarify why were they still charging me since I signed up for one month. The number on ****** at the time was disconnected. I contacted my bank and they were able to refund me some of my money and especially the two charges in one month. The program I signed up for for one month was for 3 days a week. I only attended the program one time due to scheduling and I had surgery. The owner only contacted me one time via phone the week after I signed up to see I didnt attend. He initially stated he contacts people weekly. I told him it was due to my schedule. I never heard from him until I filed a refund through my bank. He contacted me via email and was irate that I stopped my card. I told him that they should not have been charging my card every month and I tried to contact him but their phone number provided on ****** wasnt a working number. Since the email they still have me on all correspondents and he keeps trying to charge the same card. I had to close my bank account. I contacted him again yesterday to ask to please take me off of their emails and to let them know they are still charging my card. He told me I signed a contract and I had him email me the contract. When I signed up I told him I only want to try the program for one month. He was well aware that I didnt want to do longer or any other of his hybrid programs and he told me he understood. I feel like I was bamboozled into something and now hes not taking accountability for what we verbally agreed on. Its a small gym so Im assuming he didnt have the correct form or didnt write on the contract one month only. I told him its more than fair that that he was able to get the amount of money he did given the fact I only attended one time.
