They are horrible but Ali ********************** Russell is the worst.Ill be adding more but this is only the start to get there attention that I hired them and they not only never corresponding to anything no calls or call back, no communication, no professionalism, and the simple fact I hired them to *** my apartment they never did the work.So I was facing eviction and they didnt do the work.Fired or let go one attorney after another we were passed around and no understanding of the trauma those they represent are going through it was just incompetence and legal malpractice.So comes the week of eviction we give them all the documentation and was discussing the process to hire them to represent us in court.We already hired them to *** the property management company that was retaliation and illegal eviction.So come the day and she all of a sudden gets Covid-19 for which that was a lie she was just ****** at us because she didnt understand who she represents.After all that she then proceeded to want us to sign documents to not *** her or hold her accountable for her negligence and legal malpractice that ended up with us being homeless for a month.So she wanted me to sign a document so I dont take legal action against her and her practice.I didnt sign and they had the check ready to give as long as I sign.I start questioning the documents because I need to know what Im signing they then call the police on me because I was asking questions since they where hired to do a job and they failed and wants to take no responsibility and only protect there selves or understand the disparities and hardships we faced as a family and continue to face since that eviction will not only effect our habitats but also my financial future that I have worked hard to get a leg ** ** this world.She also had some unprofessional opinions on my mental health and my trauma that they made worse.
