I purchased a pair of shoes on a seemingly reputable website. When I contacted the company to exchange the shoes for another size, I was told, "If you need return back to exchange other size that you need pay the shipping fee. as the expensive shipping fee that you need to pay. so that is not reasonable. so it is more nice that you buy from us again.and we can give you discount off. and send you socks with free. ok?"I sent another email to them, telling them no, I want to return, and reiterated their return policy on the website said everything BUT what their response was to me. I have emailed numerous times asking for a RMA and the address for returns. I also told them, One address on their website is in *****************, *****, and the return shipping address on the package was in **********. I requested one of those return addresses. NO where on their website does it indicate returns are "Expensive!" Their website is clearly fraud in my opinion. I'm disgusted with companies like this that are dishonest. Originally, I wanted to exchange for a different size, now, I do not want to do business with them and just want to return the item with a reasonable shipping fee, and a refund. Please see uploaded copies of my email receipt, and email correspondence with this company. Please help with a resolution.
