Never in my life have I had the issues I've had with these people. First they talked us into buying glasses from them which is fine. But after waiting three weeks they got them in and had the prescription so wrong it gave my husband a instant head ache and the lady told him he didn't give them a chance to agest to them she was very rude Hes work glasses over ten years if he takes his off and puts on new ones and cant see obviously something is wrong. they then blamed the lab and said they had it right and some how the lab messed up two pairs and had the completely wrong frames.... Doubtful! they wouldn't take any responsibility so we gave them another chance they sent them back and reordered them. three more weeks go by, still no glasses we call complain and try to come to some kind of agreement. after they failed to have the manager contact us for over a week i went in person to ask for a full refund. i got half of it and was told they would mail us a check for the other half that was 16 days ago and still nothing i called again to speak with the manager and once again she's not there. /How do you manage a office like this and never be there? any who i informed them that i would be pressing charges with the *************************** and about a hour or two later magically they found a way to refund the card that was used... supposedly I have yet to see said refund.... the date the refund was supposed to be issued was 5/3/2022 The refund amount was to be ******
