Sued them back in 2020 won the judgment 2/3/2021 they never reached out to pay. I finally reach out to them with a demand letter for payment 4/1/2022. In the letter I asked about a payment plan not in full by 5/1/2022. They emailed me back stating that they would make payments. Its 5/25/2022 still no payment. I paid them for training services 3 months Jan.2020. Then (Asah the wife) of the business crying during my first session asks me for money to help them bc they was behind on their mortgage. I helped her out and that money was for (2) ppl for a year of services. The lady is bipolar and has terrible mood swings. We have differences in that summer. She basically telling me I wasnt running on the treadmill and I was when she came in (late) I was doing intervals. Run power walk run power walk my fitness watch still has my recordings from that day. She goes off and it ****** me off bc I was running that entire time before she even got there. She rude af and a liar bc she lied in court. Her husband is a good trainer he didnt know about her asking me for the money bc it was a session with us, but how else would I have known they was behind on their mortgage after she quit *********************. Bc she told me I didnt ask I was doing a squat sets with weights and she dropped down on the floor crying. I helped them and then when things go South dont want to pay me my money. Might I add they still doing sessions Still doing events but cant pay someone their money back Black businesses always getting over on other black ppl its fcking ridiculous I dont like when someone say they going to do something then dont. I have the judgment I have the emails (from the husband Geoff) saying they would pay me by 5/1/22. They scam artists forsure I paid a total of $6300 (the 3 month service plan then $5,000 cash to her) That **** black couch in their gym is what she used after I gave her money. I know bc she texted me the next day.
