Began November 20,2021 was told I would be given the opportunity to change the plan with a moments notice, but the following month credit card was automatically charged for an additional month with no notice or given additional products (that were not useful) but charged on card as well. When I asked to change program they said too late your card was already charged, when I reminded them of program change they kept repeating too late your card was charged I said no products were provided (as stated in plan) they tried to to provide. They charged me with no notice or reminder and did not provide products included in plan , that they charged for in a timely manner. Since I was very dissatisfied I asked to be removed and they also charged another month because they require 30 day notice for their scan of a business, I have not been back since yet even tho they are still charging me for the next 69 days.
