Absolutely terrible company, they're anti small business and will cut off your supply lines without any due diligence. They then make it nearly impossible to work with them afterwards because their customer service is terrible and gives you the run around. They were more expensive than going to ***** directly but we chose to do business with them. They would rather you go directly to ***** and send money outside the ******** economy, than to do any due diligence on your b2b orders. Four weeks after they made their mistake, they still haven't fixed it and now we go directly to ***** and import ourselves.

Watch out especially for the Texas Instruments amplifier microchips that they are selling - all faulty.Trying to build an audio amplifier with a certain LM4862 microchip, I failed maybe five times and only succeeded once I used a different chip. The LM386N-3/NOPB was the only chip I could put to work (a through-hole used with a socket). I thought that I was frying the chip with my soldering iron. I must be some sort of a m******** when it comes to frustration, meaning that I would fail with one microchip (eventually the contact might break off) and I would try it all over again with the same chip version. The five or so microchips (LM4862 from Texas Instruments) that the supplier sold me were DOA. The opinion of an electronics enthusiast is that he is surprised at how much heat these SMD/SMT chips can withstand. So I connected everything up as well as a SMD/SMT LM4871 (on whats called a breadboard) without soldering, spending hours hooking up everything and still got nothing. With power reaching the chip as well as GND leaving the chip I should hear at least something from my speaker...some crackling or static; everything is silent. I've concluded that the chip is dead and useless and like many others that I have been sold. From blind faith I've gone to skepticism. I intend for everyone to know about it. I wasted a year over what are faulty chips - all purchased from Mouser. If you have the right tester you might want to test their LM4871, LM4875 and LM4862. These all have the SMD/SMT mounting style.

They steal your credit card information and use it to charge several charges at once, to maximize the use of the stolen credit card. I have over 6 charges in the span of a few minutes on my card. My bank called me to verify one charge, which caused me to cancel my card, however I still have 5 charges I now have to pay and then dispute.

I've been waiting for a refund for about 4 months, and still no luck. Now Christmas is at my door, and I need the money to buy presents for my kids.Two orders:Order 1 DHL lost the package in a warehouse in the **. They have already acknowledged the issue after checking the security cameras. 3 months, Mouser has not issued a refund yet??? Really???Order 2: stuck in customs. 4 months wait Noone is giving me proper updates.********************* is my point of contact at mouser, but she has not resolved my issues.
