I have been staying at the Motel 6 in Marble Falls for over a week Yes or Friday I had paid 4 days and I asked The manager if I could get the weak rate he said yes I paid a $190 on Friday which would be 3 days Yesterday I was told that I owed money still and I needed to talk to I told him that he must have not adjusted the days properly and I should have Sunday paid for but he told me that I needed to pay more money I needed to leave and he was gonna call the police Sleep in my car for no reason even though I had paid for the night I have contacted corporate I have not heard back from them if I don't hear back I will have to talk to the attorney I am utterly in shock of what happened and let alone the fact that none of their exterior doors Lock and vagrants were sleeping in the staircases at night This boy says tons of issues I don't know why I was the scapegoatBusiness response

In response to the complaint filed against Motel 6 by *********************, I would like to state out some facts and information regarding the issue keeping in mind that customer is the number one priority for our business.
I Checked-In the guest on December 09th 2022. I told the guest that the weekend rates are usually higher than weekdays but he only had $190 all together for 3 nights . He wanted 7 days special rate. I told him that he would have to pay the whole amount in onetime payment because it is a special rate that we give. But he didn't have money for Sunday night so he started to entrap me on Check-out time that he paid me the money for Sunday but actually on check in I told him that he only had money for 2 nights and he will need to Check-Out on Sunday which is December 12th 2022. On Friday when he checked in I told him that we are already giving him discount already for 2 nights than our regular weekend rate and he agreed saying that great thanks for your help and then at Check-Out time he came on Sunday and started to lie and act like he paid for Sunday night too but in-fact he never paid for Sunday night, He started to get angry and aggressive at us and in my defence I told him that if he did not behave properly I would have to call the police and ask you to leave the property. He was not ready to Check-Out as it was way past Check-Out time and on top of that he was being aggressive and behaving irrational which affected our staff as well as our customers.

I am rejecting this response because:
It is notIt is not correct at all and I want to talk to corporate I already have had a conversation about this hotel I plan on going to corporate now and I will be looking into a lawsuit against the hotel
