      My pickup has been at this shop since March 28th. It was towed there because a hose busted & all the oil drained out. They have not done anything. We have a extended warranty that is supposed to cover parts but nothing has been done. Service manager is no help & definitely not friendly. I will never buy 1st guard warranty & probably never buy a pickup from them again.

      Repairs are scheduled.  There was a national back order on the particular engine needed to complete the repair.  We have also been given assistance by Chevrolet to offer the customer the ability to move into a brand-new truck.

      I still don't have my pickup back & the pickup that they were trying to sell me was not what I have. It was a cheaper model high country & I find out today it was left outside & got beat up by hail.

      We purchased a *** ****** 2019 on February 6th 2024 The *** went to ********** on March 5th and inspected on March 6th for damages they determined were pre existing over a long period of time and deemed a severe safety hazard rendering the vehicle undrivable. We paid for the repairs because we had no choice. After several attempts to contact Apple sport to ask them to fix it or make it right they have refused to get in contact with us and I have saved text messages from a car salesman reporting to the owner and manager putting us off. I want to be refunded for the repairs and the cost weve paid for the u er and rentals

      ************ purchased this unit almost a full month before the issue was brought to our attention.  We cannot effectively determine when the supposed issues occurred, only that nothing was detected during our Pre-Owned Vehicle Inspection, and that nothing would have led us to believe these issues were present when the vehicle was purchased.  We take our reputation extremely seriously and do our best to make sure our customers are completely satisfied.  That being said, our policy is to offer 100% of our customers an extended service contract to protect against these types of issues.  ************ declined the option.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      A- While it is true the added warranty was rejected, this particular ************** issue  would not have been covered under that warranty offered, as provided in the picture. 

      AND

      B- As stated before, even if it were a covered repair, which it is not, it was a pre-existing issue which would have voided the warranty regardless. 

      Lastly if 100% customer satisfaction is your priority, we wouldnt be having this conversation on a BBB website. 
      You would have called me as promised and spoke with me about this issue on the phone as you stated you would through your GM and your car salesman, the very car salesman who sold us this car. Customer satisfaction is wonderful when you can achieve such greatness. At this rate Id start with the basics and achieve your customers safety in the vehicles youre selling them. Then maybe  100% satisfaction COULD follow with returned phone calls and some expression of accountability and remorse for allowing a dangerous vehicle to leave your lot with you putting their child in said vehicle. Start there APPLE.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I received the call from the claims company, *****************, detailing the reimbursement for ONE of the repairs. I understand the reimbursement being given is listed under a warranty that was not offered to us and is one that only one of the repairs was covered under. While This gesture is much appreciated and accepted it is lacking the second repair. We have accepted the check for the ************ with the understanding and communication with the dealership (Apple Sport) to finish reimbursement for the second repair the hub. 

      once the reimbursement for the hub is complete we will be satisfied and will not request reimbursement for the Uber costs we had to pay for transportation.

      Car wouldnt start on 3/11/23. Called Apple Sport to let them kno the issue; had car towed to location. Spoke to **** on site & specifically told her,as well as mechanic on duty, the exact issue of concern. Issue was the battery sensor. Specifically told both. Was told I would still need a diagnostic in order to get car repaired even though I expressed exact issue. My car was already there. Apple Sport called 3/13/23 & said it was the battery sensor (battery terminal). Told her again, thats why I did not need the diagnostic because I already knew the cause and she said thats the only way they would start repairing is if I had diagnostic done. I offered to buy the part myself and was told that would not be accepted even though it was done before and all I had to do was pay the labor cost. She said I could come get my car but I told her NO because I already paid for it to be towed there 3/11/23. In this case, I as the customer, was right and employee wrong because I told them exactly what was wrong with my car. And charged for SHOP SUPPLIES???? What SHOP SUPPLIES.?? I already paid for PARTS. Anything they use should be standard ( tools, cleaning, etc). The customer is already paying for LABOR. And I asked her what would be my total cost and was told $764.00. But when I get there to pay, its $804.55. If I was given a price, the price should have been that. CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. She, ****, said $764.00; not $804.55 because I specifically asked the total cost.

      I took my truck in for oil change and I was recommended a transmission service. The service was completed a few weeks ago and Monday my truck transmission gave out not allowing to run anymore. I had to get my truck towed to my house, my husband and I both missed work and now ***** is only offering a used Transmission using my warranty instead of there insurance. I feel like this was a error on there part and a new transmission should be placed not using my life time warranty. I would also like a rental car so I have transportation to work and school.

      Attached you will find the transmission flush ticket requested by ******************* and the remedy.  A new transmission installed by Apple-Sport Chevrolet at no cost to the customer.
