      We started the process of building a shop in 2022 with Quality Shop buildings. Once contracts were signed there were multiple s excuses on why materials couldn't make it from delivery. Once they were delivered we paid a portion $49,000. We were promised week by week construction was going to start..this went on for 4 months. After this we asked the owner for a new contract with a 90 day completion guaranteed. Still nothing moved forward. We were told continuous excuses on top of the fact that we didn't even have enough material for our build. Once this contract expired we contacted a lawyer to come to a payment settlement for our $49,000. He agreed and paid his payments for 6 months then completely stopped payments. We are now pursuing legal action to get the rest of our money repaid. On top of this they took money from two other couples as well without any completion of a project. Sad that honest people get stolen from hopefully enough people stand up against this man to get there money paid back to them. We are still owed $39,000.

      This is in regard to Complaint #********. ***** and **** did come out to review the issues (window leak and unleveled concrete work) and agreed that these issues do need fixed. They promised to come back to finish the work needed within a couple of weeks or they would contact me and reschedule. Unfortunately, it has been over a month and no word. I am very disappointed with Quality Shop Buildings as it very obvious they do not honor their 100% Guaranteed as stated on their website. At this point I will need to spend the money and fix it myself. I do not recommend this company anymore and will be spreading the word.

      The company built a Barn for me. The walk-in door leaks every time it rains at the threshold as well as the window. I have not able to determine exactly where the water is coming on the window. The concrete is not level with the roll up doors close. There is enough opening for a small dog, or any other animal of that size to get in. They promise to have someone come to look at it and as of 6 months now, I have not seen anyone. I have worked on the door and the window myself but I am not convinced that it has been fixed. Fortunately, it has not rain hard since. But the concrete has not been fixed. All I am looking for is for them to come and fix it or pay for someone here in ****** to come and fix it.

      I would like to start off by saying that i am sorry that it came to this. I started this business because I wanted a higher standard for this company and we started off actually going in that direction. We grew extremely fast and sold a bunch of buildings and really got over welmed and had to take a step back to look at what had went wrong, We have realized that the growing pains got the best of us. We have since ******** the company so that we can have as many completely happy customers as we can possibly have!!! So far since the changes that we made within the compandy we are moving in that direction. We have sopke with the customer, *************** and will be out to address the issues and make him a happy customer again. So I hate to say thank you for having an issue but it has made us, QSB realize that the customer is the most important asset that we have and making him happy is our goal now and will remain the goal. Please forgive us and thank you for giving us a chance to take care of the issues, ************************* Pres. of QSB.

      This is in regard to Complaint ID: ********. The Quality Shop Buildings did send a crew to my house with one tube of caulking and not ready to work. I have already put roughly 2 inches of caulking to the window as well as an awning over the window and it is still leaking. We did talking about possibilities to fix the window as well as the concrete that was done incorrectly. Based on those conversation, I expected to see them come back and work on the issue. I have not heard from them at all. I can only assume that I am not on top of their priority list. I would ask that they put me on the top of the list so we can get this done or let me know they cannot help me and I will find someone who can as well as spread the word about this company. I would also ask that they remove the "100% Guarantee" posting on their web site as it is misleading and not true.

      I would rate Quality Shop Buildings a one star at best. We just moved from **** to ***** a couple months ago. Our experience Quality Shop Buildings began late 2021 and into 2022, we were getting ready to move to ***** and was looking on marketplace and saw an ad that they had on there and I responded. I talked to Our Sales Person who said it was his company and explained all the reasons why he built a better building. Seemed like a nice guy some time passed lumber prices were moving up and he started to really raise his bid, which seemed understandable considering. Finally in mid May 2022 we came to an agreed price with no surprises sales rep was working with my son in law in ***** who was paying him as agreed. After building was done and we had over paid on our agreement and some things were not right we find out it was not ************** and he had left the company. Since then I have talked to all reps of company and also owner I guess, all of who say they will dig into this but just never call back. I paid my overhead door installer extra to correct that problem who did an excellent job, my man door that Quality installed does not close correctly and they left the area a mess for us to clean up. We are about $1200 over right now with more to come as we are not sure what all is wrong. Under no circumstances would I recommend Quality Shop Buildings or any of their representatives if they set up under another name. Our experience these are not credible contractors.

      At the beginning of the build I was told that for sure the cost for completed building would not exceed $34.000. During construction I paid out $34.731 then had $200 more in dirt at door and $273 extra from door company because opening was not completed for install. This totals $1200 over the $34.000 I was told for building. Because Shop Builders raised the area so much I am going to incur much more cost for back fill but $1200 is what the building ran over.

      So the number one goal is to have a happy customer and Im not sure that goal can be achieved but we will try, **** that he is wanting a refund of $1200 and he will be happy but not to have to pay the $1200 would make me happy. So I believe that we have a difference of opinions about this whole thing. Ther are other obsticles to consider to resolve this issue so if some one can give me a call we can discuss what we can do to take care of this issue, thanks again ***************************** , Pres.

      I would like to apologize for allowing mistakes to get this far without being addressed.  This is definently not something that we want to be ok.  I want and would like the oppurtiunity to please the customer but as far as just giving money up right now, I will have to say that I can not do that. Business has been slow for us right now and I would like to see if there is something that we can do and is it ok to contact the customer? Maybe there's a way to please everyone involved and to maybe turn that frown upside down and into a smile, with best regards *****************************.

      I am rejecting this response because: An apology is pretty strange at this point, his business is slow?? We put our trust in this company and all we wanted was that they honor the contract and agreement they made. I would like to hear some of these ideas to turn that frown into a smile. We paid our hard earned money to them in good faith that they would do the job as they said. There would be no frown if they would have just done that. Then we overpaid and still had to get things fixed on our own again with our money. Maybe business is slow because the word is out that this company is not trust worthy. Company's that operate like this should have consequences, I only wish In would have done some more research on them but was still in **** at the time. I say make it right and at least be accountable on at least one contract.

      Ok so I can send$1200 so his address and be done with this is ok to me but I would like to request that they reframe from all further complaints and to not be allowed to make any statements to reflect our business in any manner whether it be good or bad and if that will work for both parties then a casier check for that amount and send it promptly and with certified mail and thank you and hope that this resolves this matter, thank you *************************. Also as an act of good faith I would like to request reciepts of all the extra money that he will endure to fix his issues and allow me to make more payments in a timely manner to at least help him rcover his money, thank you again and God Bless, *****************************.       We contracted with this company to build a pole shed at our new home in *****. We put the first deposit down to order the building in late January 2022. We allowed some leeway due to the supply and demand issues that are happening around the country. The building was delayed several times before being delivered to our house. When it was delivered, we paid another large amount for the building. The first MAJOR red flag was when they told us, as they were putting up the building that doors were not included. We have a copy of the original contract and it said install 3 10x12 garage doors. Even AFTER we showed them this, they still needed to work on it. To date, we have gotten two doors (roll up not panel) and have had no contact for 5 days now. Even though **** (our sales rep) continually said he is working on it. The concrete was 4" **** PSI with fiber. No fiber and 6 weeks after install, we have a crack across the entire floor. ************************* and ************************* are absolutely the worst contractors I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They have received all but $820.00 of the almost $59000 agreed to be paid on this building and have basically walked away. No contact or responses.

      On May 10, 2021, I gave Quality Shop Building LLC $6000 to build a barn for me in Carencro, LA. The $6000 was a down payment. The company has been unable to do do any construction. They haven't bought any materials. When I demanded my money back, I was told in December that they would refund me the $6000. However, I haven't received the money. I had my lawyer call in January; the company told my lawyer that they would refund the money. I still have not received a refund. A company representative even told me that it was their fault and said that they had too many other jobs going on. He said that it was "poor company management". He told me 3 different times that he was sending the money back, but he has not done so.
