      This company has terrible customer service. Mostly foreigners that you can't understand and when you tell them your problem they just act like they could care less. I would give them a negative 5 if I could. ABSOLUTE SCAMERS!!!!!

      I regret having opened two policies for my two children. First, they kept sending more and more mail to add grandkids of which I do not have, or to upgrade and increase the contributions. Second, as I made timely payments, my policies still somehow were no longer current. Each time I called I did not get a straight answer on the apparent hidden renewal fees that ended up being every three months. Third, Ive cancelled the policies and still continue to get marketing junk mail to my house from them after writing them formerly to stop sending it. They are a nightmare. They are nothing now what theyve claimed to be decades ago.

      Total rip off if you want to cash policy in. Been paying since 1999, 25 years, and wanted to surrender since no longer needed to find out cash value is ZERO. totally unacceptable, threw away thousands of dollars. BUYER BEWARE

      If I could give no stars I would. Absolute worst bait and switch company Ive ever had the displeasure of using. And once you have the misfortune of having a policy good luck trying to cancel it, they deliberately drag their feet so they eat up as much of your premiums as they can after they stop payment upon cancelation request.Still waiting on cancellation forms its been a month and multiple phone calls.PS they deliberately put wrong birth years in. Every phone call with them I had to confirm DOB. But upon cancellation time suddenly it was incorrect in the system thus dragging out the cancellation process.

      I was interviewed for a job with this company, I did personally look into the company as I was curious as to what I may be getting myself into, I was given opportunity to ask questions pertaining to the issues I discovered and ultimately decided against being hired. HOWEVER, my personal experience through the process was pleasant and did not lack the opportunity to ask any questions I needed answered. I worked directly with *************************** the regional general agent during the interview process, He was extremely professional and friendly during the whole time but made it clear there was no pressure to take the job. I was not guilted or forced into being hired and in fact they made it clear that anyone who was not interested shouldn't continue with the process. The company has a class action lawsuit against it and I was able to not only ask questions on it but was given reasonable answers as to what it was about/pertaining too from a person within the company. I will say, I was still put off by it and the reviews on BBB so I did not accept the position that was offered to me, but there is a clear lack of any positive experiences with the company so i felt obligated to write one myself as I don't know if the hate is as deserved. Overall, my experience with the company was very pleasant albeit short and ******* was definitely someone who I would have liked to work under, through different circumstances. If anyone is considering a job, and they are comfortable with the requirements which were not only presented but repeated several times... I think they would be a good company to work for.

      Globe Life Insurance has given me te run around and continues to lie about them mailing a check where they owe me a refund for a surrendered policy. I been dealing with this matter since March 28, 2024. I forwarded them all necessary document that they requested and they still have lied about mailing my check. They claimed to have mailed the check on April 3rd but I never received it and they never received it back. Then I called back and spoke with a Supervisor who suppose to have placed a stop payment on the first check and then to reissue another check to be sent via priority mail on May 6th. Today is June 4, 2024 and I still have not received the check that was sent priority mail last month. After calling back today, they said the Supervisior I spoke with is not available. They proceeded to say that the 2nd check was sent priority mail on May 9th but not possible because again to date is June 4th and I have not received the check. I am still currently waiting to speak with another supervisor because the other supervisor ****** in whom we dealt with is in a meeting. They've left me on hold and its been almost an hour waiting to speak with someone to resolve this matter. At this point, I will have to have my attorney to contact them because this is fraudulent and incriminating to steal people money that belongs to them. I am dissappointed in their services and and will never recommend them.

      Globe Life has misapplied payments to my sons account FOUR times in a row . I have made numerous phone calls and emails and no one ever seems to have a clue. Once the error is discovered and the payment is applied correctly, there is NO action to correct the problem happening in the future. There is no learning or trying to investigate. In fact, in all four instances, it was I who figured out where the payment went. **************** is a JOKE. I think the customer service email is written by bots bc there is no answer to questions posed, just pre-written rote answers. *** paid on these policies for over ten years, and only had a problem this last year. Obviously, something on their end changed last year to start causing the problem, but because no one gives a rip, there is no investigation, no look into the problem, just the bot answers and Im left solving the problem myself. Four times I have sent TWO payments: one for my son. One for my daughter. With separate account numbers on each payment. Every time, they apply both payments to my daughter and send me a late payment notice for my son. This last time, I sent my sons payment 3 days earlier than my daughters payment thinking THIS time theyll get it straight. NOPE. Just got a yellow bill for my sons account. If they cant even get their billing straight, then Heaven forbid I needed to cash in on a policy. I think I would just get more of the run around. ??

      We had a Globe Life representative stop by our business this afternoon who wanted to talk to our employees about supplemental insurance. I told her that they were too busy today and I would give her a call if they were interested. She left several brochures and said she would be in the area again tomorrow and would stop by. This gave me the time I needed to check out the reviews, and boy, am I glad I did! After reading YEARS of complaints about this company and how they do not pay their policies, I will be handing the brochures back to her and escorting her out the door. I will also suggest she look up the company on the BBB and get a better insight on who she's working for. Thank you everyone for you reviews. You've saved us our time and money.

      Horrible company they will charge your credit card even after you tell them your not interested in their scam plans. Has been a night mare trying to get our money back and still have not gotten our refund. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!!!!!

      Not happy with this company they disclosed my personal information to someone that was not on the policy and then they told me check was mailed and then was reverse because they needed 5 years of medical history on her this has been a complete headache my love one passed away April 9,2024 and I have not received nothing at all to include when I call to check the satus they appear to have an attitude but they was quick to give my information to someone that was not on policy not happy at with them
