      Much like the other complaints, I ordered a sweatshirt for my wife and didnt receive the sweatshirt or a refund. I reached out multiple times with nothing but excuses from the owner and stringing along. Once I realized I wasnt getting sweatshirt or refund I tried to warn others on social media and was blocked and comments deleted.

      Hello, I have been reaching out to this company for six months to fulfill the order. I have emailed, contacted them on ********* Instagram, and through the BBB. Every time they respond saying they are going through difficulties and they send this automated reply. They should not be able to do this. I really want my money back.

      I placed a order for two items back in April 2023. Their website states production time of 3 weeks. I have yet to receive my order. I was in contact with the business on several occasions. Each time I got a response it was that they were delayed in shipping. Eventually, I posted on their ******** page. Each of my comments was deleted, but they message me saying don't worry shipments are still coming out. I told them and it had been 3 months and I would rather just have a refund. That was 3 months ago. I have not received my items nor have I received my refund. From the looks of their ******** page, it seems as though they're deleting all of the negative comments. Each of their post has massive numbers of dislikes, I'm assuming for the same problem I'm having. They need to be shut down, they're stealing from people.

      I ordered a sweatshirt back in March of this year and ******* kept giving me excuses as to why it was late. I got in contact with other ladies who ordered from her and they said the same thing. I then requested a refund, and never got it. I was trying to warn other people by commenting on her page/posts, and ******* then blocked me. I have screenshots and my purchasing info for proof.

      I bought 2 sweatshirts totaling $62.95 on April 6th, 2023. After numerous tries to contact the business via email and ********* I still have yet to receive any information on my package. They also said they do not offer refunds. They have been reading my ******** messages and not responding.

      I placed a order for three items back in March 2023. Their website states production time of 3 weeks. I did not initiate first contact with them until 4weeks post ordering. I have yet to receive my order. I was in contact with the business on several occasions. They assured me orders were backed up and items would be sent asap. They have since stopped responding and have not sent out any of the my items or sent an update on production time.

      We placed an order back in April and never received the order. The business also never followed up with any update on our order (including an order confirmation) including any notice of delay or unfulfillment. After waiting until June, we reached out to ask for a refund and have not received a reply or acknowledgement of our request. At the time or writing this request, we have sent multiple follow up emails asking for an update with no response.
