1. These items are being sold and advertised as *** approved. Products don’t have Drug or Supplement Drug Information. 2. This business is very likely shameful. See recent purchase of products purchased. There is a receipt missing of $*** from the itemized receipt dated *****. There is also an itemized receipt missing from a sale of ***** for $*****. See pictures of items purchased and missing in itemized receipt of sale. Several negative google reviews on this business are public knowledge. **** **** ***** no where to be itemized in a receipt. 3. Was “gifted a years worth of monthly facials.” Not any where noted. Just word of mouth by pushy sales man/beautician named on the receipt *********. He has my personal number has is constantly calling for me to go back to get the facials. See pic of calls that I don’t answer. The back room of this business has a facial room with cameras not sure if they are working but doesn’t feel safe. 4. I got an acne rash on my second monthly facial. The rash immediately appeared that seconds after the facial. The sales man/beautician saw it. I have only stepped in three times due to the uneasy feeling of what I see. The sales man/ beautician is unhygienic. Does not use gloves to apply products to the clients face. The ice packs that are applied to the eyes are not sterile. These are reusable. As a RN and Family Nurse Practitioner student this is a serious health risk for eye infections. There is a step where steam is applied to the face. I warned the salesman that I have Asthma and this can cause me an asthma attack. At that time he used a spray bottle to an apply warm water to my face. I keep addressing this man as salesman because there is no education backing up his practices to apply products to a clients face which could cause an array of serious health issues. Thank you for your attention. Not sure if all the pix uploaded.Initial Complaint

On ********* my mom was at the mall only to return an item at a store and get out. It was supposed to be a quick in and out, however, she was abruptly stopped by a man in the hallway of the mall giving her a sample and asking her to step inside so he can try it on her. My mother told him from the very beginning no and that she was in a hurry because her mom was waiting in the car for her. He still lured her in. She said the individual named **** tried a machine on her to try and get rid of a rash she has on her face which is already being taken care of by a professional doctor. She said he kept on telling her that it was on sale and she was getting a great deal for $****00. My mother ended up paying $****** for an item named Perfectio and two other serums. She told me she felt pressured into buying these items by **** & ******. Another important thing she mentioned to me is that ****** told her she COULD return the item if she did not like it and get her money back. She mentioned that they took the money from her while she was sitting down at a chair and not at the register where it states "no refunds". I believe they did this so she would not see the signage at the register. This is so wrong on many levels- taking advantage of a disabled senior citizen who lives off of disability checks due to a Tramautic brain injury she suffered in a car accident. The next day (*******) she told me what happened so I went into the store and confronted the assistant manager named Dilly who told me she could only exchange for a different product but no refund. This lady did not have any empathy towards the situation. She said I would have to call a customer service number in Miami, FL to try and get a refund. I contacted that number (844-377-7753) today (*******) where the person who answered said they could not help me because that store is individually owned and they are just distributors for the store. All we want is a refund & to bring awareness how this store is running.
