    Totally scammed. I ordered 2 pairs of Hoka. Eventually received imitation Addidas and one pair wasn’t even the right size. No phone number and this address shows up as multiple sporting goods businesses. They don’t return email. So I’m stuck with 2 pair of dollar store knock offs that don’t fit and I’m out a hundred bucks.

    Great shoes but customer service is absolutely horrendous. I ordered two pairs of shoes back in March. One was correct. The other pair was not the right size, color, or shoe so I began the return/exchange process. According to the USPS tracking, Hoka's "agent" picked up the return on March 30. On April 7, I talked to a rep via chat who said they did not get the order in the warehouse until that day, 4/7, and I should get my exchange in 2 weeks. It's now 4/26 and no exchange has been completed. When I spoke to another rep via chat a few days ago, I was told my exchange was not yet processed but they "put in a request to have a manual process done" - I have no idea what that means but I still have no shoes, no update, and they refuse to refund the purchase price and tax and cancel that part of my order.
