I do not recommend anybody doing business with Accel. Be careful with what they tell you. I never was given or signed a lease agreement. We gave a deposit of 1750 plus 100 and after 2 days of nothing, I called them to get my money back that we may move out of the valley and they said no. I am currently looking for a lawyer to try and get some of my money back.

Our emails & notes reflect you applied to rent a home & your application was accepted on 6/1/23. On your application you put a requested move-in date of 6/1. On 6/1 the property was taken off the market & other applications were no longer accepted. Our emails to you show you then changed your mind to moving in around 6/7/23. On 6/7 you deposited your deposit & processing fee to hold the property. My staff explained our cancellation fees when you asked about a possible early lease termination if your spouse got a job transfer. You then changed your mind & wanted to move in 6/20. Our staff was preparing to send you the lease on 6/12 when you informed them your spouse had a job transfer & you wanted a full refund. Because the property has been off the market since 6/1 due to your indecision, this owner has lost the opportunity to have their property rented for the month of June. The deposit is held as damages for the missed time that this owner has lost potential rent. We turned down at least one set of applications waiting on you to confirm your move-in date. You have not been truthful in explaining the details of this situation. You are cancelling not because the lease hadn’t been sent or because things were not properly explained to you, but because you changed your mind due to the job transfer.
