Well I understand that they have a job to do but they do it rudely and with scare tactics. Son fell behind on payments due to loss of job. Dad stepped in and was paying $168.00 every week for some rims my son decided to get. My son finally got a job and began to pay but every 2 weeks, and he made arrangements. Now the management keeps calling us for payment knowing very well that arrangements were made to pay bi-weekly. Today i answered there call and asked to see how much payment was but I was advised that the account was closed and they were not able to get into the account. So next the worker (Carlos) advised they want payment or the product. I asked how can i give you payment if you said it was locked. So I also advised that the rims were almost payed off and that my son was out of town working in the oil rigs so it was impossible to give back the product. Even if the product was given back my son would be out of rims and not be able to go to work and make money to pay them. My son isn't denying payment he just told them that he can pay this coming Thursday, but it appears that they said they wouldn't accept payment. I believe that is wrong practice and they also threatened my son to file charges on him for theft of property which is a felony. Again my son isn't denying payment he just can't pay it on time. I believe that this business looks at the product is almost paid but that client is paying on time and then whamo they take the product to start all over again and sell it to some one else. I just wish my son would've never taken this route to purchase rims. Thank You.
