I highly recommend Jowers Air Conditioning and Heating. **** was at my house in 45 minutes after I made a desperate call for service on a 100 degree day. Rather than pay for costly repairs on my 16 year old system, I chose to purchase a whole new system with new duct work with installation the very next day. **** and his team were thorough with attention to detail throughout the installation. **** followed up several times to make certain everything was perfect! I value referrals from the BBB.

First, I should mention that I would only write a review for truly exceptional service. **** and his team at Jowers *************************** are exceptional. I needed to replace 2 original-with-the-house 20+ yr old AC units. Not a small job. I'm very thorough when it comes to large projects like this *** did my homework. I reached out for **************** *** talked to/received estimates from 8 different companies- from the big guys that you hear on the radio to the small 1 man operations. I was still on the fence and not feeling great about any of my options when a friend, who had experience with Jowers, suggested I give them a call. From the moment of contact, **** and his team surpassed my expectations. After the initial evaluation, **** clearly laid out some options, and happily accommodated requests that I asked be included or excluded in the estimate. I ultimately went with the option that made the most sense to me, as **** answered any questions or concerns during that decision process. **** was able to quickly get me on his schedule within a couple of days. On the day of the install, the Jowers team arrived right on time in the AM, prepped the working areas, explained the process, and worked diligently and professionally. They completed the whole install and removal (2 AC units & 2 Coils) by that afternoon. To summarize, Jowers *************************** is outstanding. The communication, the service, the product, and the pricing can't be beat. I'm very happy to have found Jowers, and to know that I have someone that I can't trust for years to come for service or any HVAC needs.

I can't say enough great things about *******! I called him for a A/C service and they came out same day. They were prompt, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. I was given an estimate for an additional of a return vent to a room in my house that was consistently warmer than the rest of the rooms in my house. I kept that estimate and called ******* back out to my home to install the return vent a few weeks later. They honored the estimate and came out next day to do the job. Again, they were prompt and professional and left no mess to clean up. The return vent makes all the difference in that room now and its much cooler! I will always call ******* FIRST for any Heat/AC needs.

Jowers AC came highly recommended in our neighborhood. And I absolutely agree. He was very thorough in trying to pinpoint the problem and even took pics to show us all throughout the process. Owen ****** is the diligent and hardworking owner of Jowers Air Conditioning and Heating LLC. He has excellent people skills and a deep understanding of HVAC installation and repair. He had to troubleshoot the electrical problems with our heater and resolved the problem by tracking down the faulty part.
