I bought a car through Carvana it came with damage therefore they sent me to Maaco to get the small scratches repair and fix a frame. My car was with them for one week. When I picked up my vehicle the drink holder was broken. Amy the manager was very nice and said that they will call me to bring the car back to fix it. It has been over 5 months and they keep avoiding me. They broke my drink holder and try to blame it on my dealership that the drink holder was already broken. I drove the car for a week before dropping it off and the drink holder was not broken. I feel because I'm a single female and a minority and my English is not perfect when I speak it, they just brush me off. They keep telling me they waiting on the claim to go throughCarvana my dealership, but they didn't damage it therefore they already told me damages done at the shop are the shops responsibility. It's not fair that they as a big known company are treating me like this.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/11) */ We have contacted Miss ****** ****** last week, got her voicemail. We explained we took over this shop recently, our estimator has resigned recently and she did not bring to our attention this was an issue. By voicemail we are offering to Miss ****** replacement or monetary compensation but she did not call us back yet.
