SCAMMED with membership falsely signed up I generally get my car wash 2~3 times a month, but did not wanted to sign up. When I visited last month, the cashier said there is a complementary car wash, she said for free car wash you will need to provide your phone number and name. At that time I immediately told her that I did not wanted to sign up. She did not mention anything about car wash monthly membership.Few days later I got a text, saying that you will be charged for membership soon. I visited car wash and showed them the text, the guy over said he will get my membership cancelled and took the information again. Few day later at the end of month, I got charged $39.99. I visited them today, they did not wanted to believe me and kept saying I signed up for it, when I did not. Very rude customer server especially from the he cashier by name *********** this process now going back and forth, I am very frustrated that I was charged incorrectly and they did not wanted to care what customer had to say. I would also report this incident to BBB (Better Business Bureau) so they are aware of the tactics here. I would like my refund for last month asap.
