THE PRACTICE HAS BEEN PURCHASED. They are piggy backing off Dr D***'s rave reviews. It is now a very corporate practice and they are refusing to reimburse my money that I've paid out of pocket that they also submitted and were paid for the same visit by my insurance!
I brought my kids in January for their regular 6 month check up, at which time for some reason, my insurance couldn't be "located" by the girls up front. I now understand this boils down to incompetence/laziness. I paid out of pocket because they assured me I would be paid back (almost $350) within the month. This was JANUARY it is now SEPTEMBER. We have very valid insurance, in fact its so valid that Kids 1st submitted my already paid for visit to my insurance and were paid by my insurance as well. Still refusing to reimburse me. I've called numerous times and have been nothing but courteous to them and they continually blatantly lie to me. "Payment has been processed, your check is in the mail" "we recognize your last name, the check went out Friday." I could go on, point is, they have still not reimbursed my money. This is insurance fraud. This is stealing. This is horrible, horrible business.
Please do NOT trust your babies or your wallet in this terrible practice's care. It is not the sweet family practice it once was.
