On March 30, 2024 I dropped off some silk drapes to be hemmed and cleaned. When I picked up the drapes a week later and put them up, they had shrunk to the point that they needed to be replaced. The silk has also been completely ruined, it was obvious they washed them like a cotton fabric. When I took them back, they said they would try to stretch them back out. A week later, I picked them up again and the stretching was only ~30% successful. For the last three weeks I have been leaving messages, trying to speak with a manager or the owner but haven't received any return calls. I went to the business today and the front employee refused to give me the owners name or tell me when any manager would be available me to talk to. Them she told me that they have already completed the work and there's nothing else they are willing to do about the problem. When I told her (again) that my drapes needed to be replaced, she said that wasn't going to happen.Initial Complaint

I took 3 shirts for laundry. They had broken the buttons so I told the lady to check the buttons. I picked up the shirts on Oct 02, 2023 to my surprise they charged me $6.22 for 3 buttons. I was never told that they charge for buttons. Secondly, they broke it and if even the buttons break while washing or ironing, they never told me and charged me. They are a defrauding the customers.Initial Complaint

Date of the transaction: Saturday, February 18, 2023 Amount of Money Paid: $61.47 Business Commitment: The business committed to providing me with my items dry cleaned and ready to be picked up on Monday, February 20. Nature of Dispute: The business did not follow through with their commitment above. Today is Wednesday, February 22 and I am just now receiving my items. This is now 3 days from the original date that was first given to me. This is unacceptable. This is not what we agreed to when I dropped off my items on Saturday. My expectations was that I would be picking up my items the day they told me - the same day as the receipt states. They broke my ****** pants by getting a few holes in them and said very rudely, " accidents happen." And refused to buy a new one exactly the same. But they said to sew it but I said, no it's not gonna be the same! And I bought it for like a month ago and only wear it for one time. And it's the first wash I've done to it.
