      I made the online purchase of a tactical Apple Watch Band - The Tacticool Black / 42 / 44 / 45 from InfinityLoops on June 7th, 2024. To this date (July 9th, 2024), I have not received the purchased item, nor have I received any answer to my repeated queries to them inquiring about the status of my purchase. I have attached evidence of proof of my purchase.

      Order # **** from 4/9/24 never received! Tried getting money back through credit card but they say its been shipped. It is now June 29th!

      I ordered an apple watchband from Infinity Loops and the order was confirmed on 2/13/24. This watch band did not fit and I repeatedly ask for return instruction via their: chat room, customer service, support, and questions emails with no response from Infinity Loops. Finally I received an automated response through their chat service which told me to return the product with the order number and to email their questions email service with a reason for return. I have done all of this, have a copy of the chat room directions, and a receipt showing delivery to their business (return delivered 2/29/24). I have even followed up with a second email asking to refund my purchased. To date this company has not responded. Also this company has 90 day return policy.

      I placed 2 orders from Infinity Loops on February 4. The orders were delivered on February 28. Once I received the 2 orders (with a total of 3 watchbands) I realized the bands were too large. I began contacting the company via online chat, email, and this week, voicemail. Last week I received an email asking for photos so that the return could be authorized. I provided photos and have heard nothing. They claim to have a 90 day refund policy and provide responses immediately, which they do not.

      I was contacted the day after I filed the complaint with instructions on how to return.  I used the information provided and when I took the package to the ************ they said the zip code was incorrect.  I supplied the tracking number to Infiniti Loops as requested and the package was delivered to them 3/21/24.  I've emailed them twice now to let them know of the tracking number (as they requested) and have heard nothing back.  I fear I will not get my money back.

      I have reached out to Infinity Loops 3 times since the tracking showed the package was delivered to them 3/21. No response and no refund yet

      Good afternoon I bought Apple Watch bracelet from this company in August/September period and currently having issues with the links and the clasp on the bracelet. Both keep on breaking/opening while Im wearing the watch. The watch already felt on the floor couple of times due to the bracelet being so unreliable I tried contacting the company in the beginning of the February via email and text messages to the owner of the company *********************** with no response back Is there anything that could be done about it.Thank you Sincerely ******

      Problem 1) I bought 3 bands, company only sent 2 bands. The missing band is the rubber dress band.Problem 2) The rubber dress band I received is defective. Specifically, it does not lock or snap into place. I emailed a video demonstrating this defect, which occurs when the band is inserted from any side.Resolution: To rectify these issues, I request you send two (2) black dress bands to me, and provide a return shipping label for me to return the defective rubber dress band. I ask that you do so within 48 hours, as I would like to enjoy the use of the band for an upcoming event.
