            Paid for a full open bar service that and signed an agreement that stated the rules and what to expect in terms of safety but the agreement was not honored by the venue. agreement stated that drinks can be poured on the rocks, but bartenders were refusing to do so saying drinks needed to be mixed. we were told its a max of two drinks per person when ordering but guests were being told that it was one drink per guest max when ordering. bartenders were cutting people off that were after 2 beers in some cases stating that they were too intoxicated. As the consumer it feels like they got their money up front and were watching their own margin and doing everything they could to not serve our guests.
