David took money for two projects and did not meet deadlines that were agreed on and then doubled down by not even trying to get the table and bar top to **, not returning any money. Legal action will be taken. Its been nearly 6 months with no attempt to resolve.Review from Karen R

If I could David ******** 0 stars I would. Our experience with him ABSOLUTELY warrants this review because I refuse to allow another business such as ours to go through the experience that we have had with this man. We made a deal with David on this project August of 2022 and told us the project would take 6 weeks. David ******** did not meet 6 weeks and we were understanding and continued anyways he promised our restaurant furniture to be done November of 2022, he ran into delays which he did not communicate. We reached out to him and he told us that he is working on the furniture and would give us a timeline. Fast forward to today, Tuesday, January 10, 2023 and we still have nothing. It was until we mentioned that we would leave a review that he finally gave us a timeline of 3 more weeks but refuses to provide us with any progress photos or proof of having materials in house. You would think that he would be apologetic and would have a sense of urgency but instead chooses to insult us every chance he gets. Every time we call for an update he tells us to clam down and take a breather when he does not understand that we have over 50 employees relying on the opening of our restaurant to support their livelyhoods and families. He has had ZERO remorse. He insults our intelligence by telling ** there are two kinds of people in the world, those who understands and those who don't and that we are those people. We have tried our very hardest to be understanding however we can no longer be understanding or patient. David if you are seeing this please understand that we are not like your other clients that will "just wait till our project is done" and will be taking further legal actions.

Hi *****, as ive explained a few times before, the cloth material was on back order for quite a while. The material arrived and is being installed.Just as you shared with me on the phone and in person when I met you at the restaurant the other day you said you understood delays due to shipping. If you do, then can you please tell me why you are posting everywhere. We are diligently working to complete your order.Review from Robert H

David M******* is a terrible business man. He drags out the process, ignores you, lies to you, and when you finally get a table, it isn't what you talked about and is horrible craftsmanship. Rule number 1 of table making, IT HAS TO BE FLAT! Our table is curved, with a 1.5 inch drop on one side and a .75 inch drop in the other. The base isn't properly sized for the table and turns a 10 top into a four top. He said he would work with us to swap out the base but it has been 3 months and we can't get him on the phone. We are now in the process of collecting information we need on him to file a lawsuit. Big surprise he isn't registered to do business in Texas under any of his business names, doesn't have a tax ID or a DBA. Hopefully we will be able to determine his home address and file the suit against him personally.
