On 2/24/24 I ordered a king sized quilt after seeing a 20% off (using code LOVE20) and free shipping on Lovecup's website via ******** I think valid thru 2/25/24. Shortly thereafter I received a notice that my order had been cancelled. I attempted to contact ******* as to the reason why with no response so tried to order again on 2/25/24 and requested there assistance in making sure I only ordered one quilt. This time the order went thru giving me only a 10% discount and again charging me for shipping. I have tried to contact ******* several times for a refund and had no response or acknowledgement at all. My original order number was #**** and the second order was #****. Seemingly, they just did not want to provide the discounts offered.Initial Complaint

I ordered a mirror online that was $699 but selected to pay via monthly installments, however was charged the full amount. I went to immediately cancel the order but my emails have been ignored. In addition, I tried to call by phone and after leaving a message and requesting a call back I found when I tried to call the company that my phone number has been blocked.Initial Complaint

We bought a ****** and ** chandelier from ******* approximately June 2019, for $3496 along with an extension rod kit, for $150. The chandelier ended up having several defects and we reached out to *******. ******* did not respond to my emails and blocked my phone number. I had to reach out to ****** and *** who then **ntacted ******* about my situation. Only after ****** and ** intervened was ******* willing to let me exchange the chandelier. We were able to exchange the chandelier for the ****** and ** crystal bud chandelier for $2640 . As the se**nd chandelier was not as expensive as the first, ******* up stated they **uld not refund us the difference but would give us store credit to use for purchasing other items. The difference was **** USD. The pandemic had just started as we were going through this process and we were asked to wait on using the store credit as ******* was feeling some e**nomic strain. We obliged. For the past three years I have been trying to send emails and calling ******* to fulfill their end of the agreement and allow us to use the store credit. For about two years they returned some emails. I have not received any responses in over a year and my phone has been blocked by them once again. I reached out to ****** and ** once again who attempted **ntacting Love cup. They re**mmended filing a **mplaint via the BBB.Initial Complaint

I bought a dining table from LOVECUP who claim to sell high-end luxury furniture. The inlaid wood in the table is pulling apart. I reached out to LOVECUP and connected with Ray Kirkland, Sr. Account Executive who said "Im so sorry for the trouble, let me get the with warehouse next week and see about sending you out another one". So I thought this would be resolved. However now he is saying this is the way the table is supposed to be, it appears he is now reneging on his initial promise. The table is marketed by saying its got elements of rustic design but nothing about the wood pulling apart. I need help resolving this issue please.
