      We gave business to Southern Shower doors on March 25th 2022 for 4 shower doors and mirrors. He promised to finish job in 10-14 business days. He took 50% of the money that day ($3150). It has been 11 weeks now and we do not have more than half of the stuff installed. He installed the two shower doors which were lower cost. Our main master-bath and our son's bathroom is yet to be installed. Few Mirrors he installed had cracks at the time of install and he promised to replace those. We are still waiting for 2 shower doors (main master bath and 2nd is for my Son's sliding shower door) and 5 vanity mirrors. All we hear is excuses and promises but no delivery. We have invoice with his signature that is attached. We had to cancel religious gathering, cancel friends come over from Houston, reject family stay over etc. Kids are home for summer break and we have no shower for them. All we need is to complete the job. We have begged too many times and he is misusing our kindness. It is inhumane behavior.

      Business Response /* (1000, 17, 2022/08/18) */ This Gentleman had me come out to measure for 4 bathrooms and asked about getting mirrors for each bathroom and did give me a deposit. I told ****** that my shower orders were taking 10 to 14 days depending on materials in stock. I did not promise any ready date on his mid glass order or any customer orders. I do relay production communications from MFG to customers to keep them in the loop. I still submitted his order with my primary MFG in return got a ready date 12 business days out. I relay this communication. At 10 days I check the status of his order and the MFG informed me the orders have not been sent 2 production and was not sure when they would start production. I relayed this information and informed customer I was going to pull orders and send to another company. I was told 4 to 5 weeks before glass would be ready if materials arrive accordingly. I relayed info to customer. Had 8 conversations with customers that day the last being with customers wife. She proceeded to yell at me screaming she would tell all he friends and family how useless I was said I was lying and demanded I install her glass by 5 pm that day. I placed the customers glass order with the largest MFG in DFW. Great company and very good on production time. Customers order was delayed from mechanical issues at the plant plus delayed glass deliveries. I logged 67 conversations until the 4th week before part of the order was ready. I called customer to come install 2 showers and 3 mirrors that day. 3 mirros and 2 showers invoiced 4300.00. I did not install any cracked mirrors. You cannot hang a cracked mirror on a wall so I'm not sure what he is talking about. Later that day I was starting to install ln stall last shower I was grabbing some materials at my truck in the street I heard screaming and yelling so loud and profuse I thought someone was hurt and needed help. I was certain someone was inflicting harm on another family member. Screaming increased as I walked in the house. I grabbed my phone to call 911 with the daughter walked around the corner. She asked I not call the mother was. Screaming and the son regarding a car in the drive way he was not authorize to have in his possession. I packed my tools and left. I told customer the next day I want no part of working and n that environment. Customer land his services n have continuedto bash me and my company with reviews and false accusations. He also decided the he would manually apply discounts to my invoice claiming that I owed him money. Lessened learned I'll call the cops next time.
