      Date of purchase: October 19th 2023 Company charged us over $2000 for 2 GPS units that has never worked. Sent another unit and it still doesn't work. They don't seem to wanna fix the problem just send another defective unit.

      I've been reaching out to their customer support for months now, and still no response its about a malfunctioning GPS.

      I purchased a motorcycle from a dealer and paid $999. For theft protection. My motorcycle was stolen and the tracking system did not work. 48 hours after it was reported stolen the tracker still showed the motorcycle at my house. I was told that it needed to be put into recovery mode by them and then it would update. They cannot get it into recovery mode. Their seems to be no sense of urgency on their part as I have to continuously contact them to get updates. They have no contacted me with any updates. I have called numerous times to try to escalate the situation however nothing is being done. I paid for theft protection and apparently this company does not work and even worse do not take it seriously when an item is stolen.

We have been in constant contact with the customer via phone and text and have the text and call logs to show. The customer never registered the unit after purchasing it. We are continuing to monitor the unit. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/01/31) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The unit was registered and we have copies of the emails that were sent when it registered location. The problem begins when the motorcycle was stolen and the unit needed to perform it function and does not. There has been no communication with the unit for over 5 days. I also have copies of the text messages where your agent stated that the unit had failed. I also have a copy of the message where your companies tech department advised to walk the general area to see if we can find it. The unit had one function and it failed that function. Any other time a company sells a product and it does not work a refund is issued. There are multiple reports on the internet of people having the same issues with the device not communicating. Consumer Response /* (2000, 12, 2022/03/02) */ Representative contacted and offered to refund the cost of the item which I agreed to. Was sent a refund within a few days. I accept this outcome.
