I wish 0 was an option. Wife has called and followed the procedure 3 times now to cancel our plan with globe life, and yet we are still being charged for services. I have contacted a lawyer and reached out to the sales person who sold us this and advised if charges continue next month that we will be taking legal action. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT purchase this insurance. Was told that it was super easy to cancel and that we would only speak with 3 customer service employees who were all in the states which is a lie. Also contacted the chamber of commerce in our town and advised them to warn other stores to avoid contact with these people.Globe Life Insurance Company of New York Response

If I could choose zero stars I would. I had policies for each of my 6 children and a policy on a grandchild. As each of the children got older and insured through work I have been cashing out policies. Each time I run into blocks. Number one complaint is Globe Life will not communicate with me. When I use their online email communication, they do not answer. EVER! In the past I had to jump through hoops to cash out and the process would just stop . When I called again I finally got someone who magically could complete the process over the phone.Today I attempted to cash out another policy and was hung up on.I really am extremely angry at this company!Globe Life Insurance Company of New York Response

I filed an insurance complaint with the ***** of Insurance and will proceed to litigation and the power of social media if need be. I have two policies with this company. I have been paying on time except this month because I had knee replacement surgery. So I got my daughter to attempt to pay it today. As she log in it said I’m my policies are passed due I need to pay both policies for 3 months upfront. Both policies said that I am paid up to date. So how come it is past due? I had to reinstate one on my son it went from $55 to $111. This is so sad and disappointing. Then when you are only a couple days behind they want you to pay upfront for 3 months. I cancel my insurance and they still continue to take money out my account. Now they want me to send them documents with my signature on it.
