I canceled last year every month send a letter to cancel also they owe me money now as of today its ****** I dont care about the money I told them keep it so I been send letters back to National income life ins P.O. Box 5009 ***************** and they keep harassing me how do I get them to stop I canceled already like I said keep the money leave me alone thanksReview from Deena V

If I could rate a negative I would. My husband and I signed up and were accepted, shortly after I had a mild heart attack and then I was denied. My husband has been trying to cancel the policy for him going on 3 months and they continue to take money from our account. I'm totally disgusted with the customer service..I WANT MY MONEY BACK,and will be contacting an attorney!!National Income Life Insurance Company Response

Complete scam company. I have been trying to cancel for months now and there is always something standing in the way. My mistake that I ever fell for this 20+ years ago. I plead with you as I am trying to cancel my policy for the 6th or 7th time, do not fall for this. It is all a scam. They will take your money. Tell you that you have cash value and then do everything they can to not pay you the cash value for your policy. I don't even care if I get it back at this point. Just CANCEL my policy and let me go my separate way. I even closed down a bank account after the 3rd time to stop them from taking my money. Didn't work. Just got off the phone again and it still isn't cancelled. I have to wait for a call back before anything can be done. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!National Income Life Insurance Company Response

I have not been able to receive cash surrender on 3 policies that were cancelled. Despite filling out the paperwork in a timely and proper manner, the checks have not been produced. Repeated calls have been made to ascertain the whereabouts of the checks, to no avail. After 2 weeks of it being told the checks are "in the mail" no check number can be produced. The customer service unit keeps repeating the same scenario over and over, without any positive outcome. I am know escalating this matter up the chain but doubt I will get any satisfaction.National Income Life Insurance Company Response

I took the policy . That was my mistake . First of all the policy agent who came to my home he was rude and very non professional (****************************) located Long Island city. Still I took the policy because of close friend recommendation. They offer my wife insurance as well. Monthly charge's $30.00 and policy was decreasing every year on the other hand price was going up. I tried to call few times they put me hold for hours . Finally after a big fight i was able to cancel my policy . They are high price as well as benefits are not great compare to competition . Now I lost some money with them but still safe a lot for the rest of the life. For new Clints . Please shop around before making the final decisions.National Income Life Insurance Company Response

0 stars. This insurance company is a scam. I contacted them twice to cancel my policy and was told that my cancellation forms would be emailed to me as well as my payments would be stopped which was NOT true. I had to contact my bank and have them block the payments. After contacting the agent who signed me up with this life insurance initially, I found that they did not attend to my concern surrounding cancellation process. I have had my policy with NILICO for just over a year. For someone with two severely clumsy children, this is one of the best things I could have ever enrolled into. The claim forms have super followable intrustions and are really easy to send in.
