      My jewe let club somehow got my debit card number and has been pulling money from my account since July. It started at **** a month. Now its 2**** a month and they keep trying to pull money. Three times in November have they taken money. When I call the recording says its not a working number. Since I dont wear jewelry or anyone in my house I am assuming its a scam. And since I didnt authorize this I will have no documentation. All I have is bank statements online.

      I bough 1 thing online and apparently Im signed up for a monthly membership in which I have no idea how to cancel because my email doesnt even show up as a member

      As of today August 19, 2023 I have been charged three times for ***************** I let my daughter use my card for one purchased item from their company and she did not sign up for their membership, but I'm being charged each month. I have reached out to cancel with no response.

      I have a transaction of $22.95 that I was not aware of. I purchased one thing like a month ago and then this transaction pops up. They used my card without me purchasing anything.

      I made one purchase from this company and have since been charged two additional times ***** for no reason. I didn't buy anything the second and third time I was charged and ***** contacts you back. This money is just being taken out of my bank account. I was able to dispute one charge with the bank but there is now another one.

      I have tried to contact the business multiple times. In order to place an order you are required to get a membership. I didn't realize until I checked out. I tried to reach out to the to cancel the membership but they won't respond. I don't want a refund I just want to cancel the membership. That is all.

      I have been trying to contact My Jewelers Club for about a year now trying to complete my application and receive my first order. I paid $158 for membership and jewelry, but they said I need to sign the contract again even though I did at the time of payment. After a year of going back and forth saying for me to wait for the to send the contact via website account and then email, they stopped answering calls. I tried emailing but received no responses. Now the website is down. I want a refund of my $158 I paid for nothing.

      There was a transaction of 29.95 that I had no clue about and didn't purchase anything and the only thing I did it didn't even come in and I would like for my first purchase to come in and this one to be canceled because I didn't buy it.
