Paid them ~$1200 to fix drainage issue in April 2023. They improperly installed drains that did not channel the water. The back yard remains flooded after a rain. Calling/texting over the past year gets various dodge responses - cant do any thing for 2-3 weeks, need to see it when its raining, you are at the top of the list, someone will be there this week (6/15-6/21, no one showed up). Nothing happens. They have started complaining that I did something to their installation - told this to my neighbor.Its been over a year and this needs to be fixed. BBB is my first step before going to Small Claims Court.Business response

We have responded to every message the customer has sent us and offered a solution. At this point I know that whatever we do will be unsatisfactory and he will continue to make threats of small claims and reviews.
if a customer were to call me with this minor issue our charge would be $225 to make the minor adjustments. Im happy to send a check for $225 asap for the customer to find a company he trusts to make the adjustment. If it ends up costing less he can keep the remainder.

As stated before, communications have been- it will be 2 to 3 weeks. Never a fixed date and time.
Rodeo stated that if he had a customer with this problem it would cost $225. He did and this was the first time I was informed of any additional cost to a failed installation.
That being said, I will accept Rodeos offer of a $225 payment to settle and separate us from doing further business. I will hold them to the payment and refile if it is not received.
