I certainly wish I would have read the reviews for this company before I committed to their "services". They charge when their providers do not show up and do not communicate. Do yourself a favor contract with a local company directly.Review from Deborah P

The lawn care pro from One Neighbor was excellent. Very fast and precise. He did everything I asked him to do; mowing front & back lawn, weed trimming and leaf blowing. Great job!Review from Cole F

easiest service I've ever purchased!!! We are out of town often and it is so relieving to know our lawn, and dog waste is taken care of when we're gone. I've recommended to everyone in my neighborhood. Impressed!Review from Jerzy P

The lawn mowing and fertilization services have been great. I signed up for weekly mowing service in March and the provider shows up every Wednesday like clockwork. The app sends me a reminder the day before each mow. No complaints!Review from Tom D

It's a commodity service. Inconsistent providers show up to mow; you're not going to build a relationship / get to know the person(s). If you can accept that, then no issues.Review from Tyler S

I tried their service a few times but since they keep changing the set schedule, I canceled their service and asked them to cancel my account too. However, they keep sending their service people over without my permission to mow my lawn after account cancellation. On all occasions, I was able to stop the service people only when they partially mowed my lawn, and then this company started to frequently charge my bank card on a daily basis. Thank my bank for not letting them to do so, but such action freezed my bank account !!! For the first few times I was allowing the service, the work quality was inconsistent. One of them even showed up without necessary proper tools, so I lent him my edger. OneNeighbor presents itself as a very convenient and budget friendly lawn service online, but, BEWARE what you sign up for. I will never recommend this company.Review from Susan E

These people are fraudsters. Beware! Since I signed up for the service in the spring, they have overcharged me three times. 01. On one of my mows, they did not mow the back yard (yes, the gate was unlocked). So, they sent someone over two days later to correct it. And charged me again. I asked repeatedly for a refund. Never happened. 02. They charged me for a mow and my lawn was not touched. Even the picture they sent me showed that it wasn't my house. 03. Their website clearly says that the winter/Dec mow is free. So, they mowed, and charged me. I wrote them, and they said that's not what it means. When does "free" not mean "free"? Again, multiple emails asking them to correct it. Never once have they reimbursed me for their mistakes. Or, maybe they weren't really mistakes, it was just an opportunity to rip someone off. Do NOT trust the charlatans.
