Date of purchase: 11/28 Deliverd: A different matress finally over 3 1/2 weeks later. (Claimed/promised/said it would take 2 weeks) Issue: wrong mattess, promised by store manager it would suffice as a replacement. Paid: $1100 Committed to provide: they claimed it was a firm matress as the same as I purchase. Nature of dispute: We called the business after giving the bed a chance...and spoke to manager who said they would replace....that was a month ago. Now they are attempting to charge me for exchange/delivery, said its the cost of business. They will not even offer a refund so I can just move forward....I feel like I'm being held hostage by the company because they keep promising me the exchange bed and still no matress now a month. No chance at refund. Have to pay to have the bed delivered and exchanged when/if the matress ever comes in? After coming to no conclusion as how to settle the matter with Anthony (manager) I asked to speak with owner. Anthony informed me that the owner does not want to talk to me or help in any way. Bottom line is my invoice for a Serta Perfect Sleeper King Kleinmon Mattress was what I agreed to pay for and never received.....so why can't I get a full refund? They asked me to accept the other as a replacement and promised it would neet my needs in comparison to what I ordered and physically tried at the store. Now that I told them it is absolutely not suitable they will not offer a refund. Still no new matress. On top they want to charge me money to exchange and deliver when/if it ever comes in. Has been aonth since I contacted them about the issue. 11/28/2021 I purchased the matress...today is 1/22/2022 and still don't have a matress and having to sleep in my son's room for comfort.
