I am writing to express my frustration at the methods used by your sales team. For the record, I was sold a hail damaged pre-owned car on 18th of May 2024. In bright daylight the hail damage was visible nor did the sales person mention the damage during our entire conversations, negotiations and signing of documents. Carfax report also did not mention any damage to the car. We noticed the damage later and brought it to notice during our telephonic conversation on 20th May, to which I received no follow up revert and thus visited in person on 21st May 2024. To my shock, your team already knew about the damage and had sneakily got a hail Damage disclosure signed from me by hiding the document among a bunch of other documents. I believe this is a sly tactic from the company to sell damaged vehicles to unsuspecting first time buyers. If the vehicle is damaged it should be told upfront before/during the sale negotiations for the car. The damage was never mentioned and while signing the document the importance of said document was never called out.As a buyer, anyone would expect full disclosure all known defects and issues upfront. I feel cheated and as the company is showing no willingness to sort out this issue. Today I read a similar review of you on BBB about the sneaky tactics the company employs. I just wish I had read it before being scammed by Nissan of McKinney.
