26 December 2022 21:13:13 UTC for $79.99 Product name: Wedding Ministry Package Package was received but completely useless. State law prohibits this from being useful. It has a time limit on it of one year, which state law strictly states will null and void the marriage certificate unless the credentials are renewed. So, they're trying to get a yearly payment of $80 to keep a marriage license intact. It's absurd. Also, the credentials don't say the name of the ministry anywhere on the certificate. Without that, **** won't even allow you to submit them for validation. I tried contacting the company many different times, but their email and contact info on their website goes unanswered and their phone is disconnected. Also, their business licenses are all over the place in many different states. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, but lost because the company sent them a copy of the transaction. (So, they CAN respond; they just don't for customers.) I'd gladly send back their worthless junk if they'd refund my money.Initial Complaint

I ordered the ****** packet and I have yet to receive any information concerning my order. Im looking to get into ministry but this is hindering my services that I want to complete. I sent emails no answer. I tried to call every number given and none of them work. I dislike when people try to take you for granted. On 03/12/2023-Purchased 1xUN Ministry Clergy Stole (which was received within a few days) and 1x UN Ministry Clergy Package-Wedding Officiant for $79.99 (to date have not received).Call number provided ************* and it does not ring, just hangs up.Went to website, entered tracking information and it states "tracking is down".Initial Complaint

I received my package after several weeks only to find it was good for one year. I asked for an explanation and received no reply. They answer the phone and then hang up. I would like a refund and I will send what they sent me back. Not what they advertised. No mention of renewal at all.Initial Complaint

I ordered the Complete wedding package on 10/25 using their discount code so I paid $67.99 normally 79.99. Immediately received a confirmation email with an order number. Have been unable to contact this company to see if my order will arrive in time for the wedding I am needing it for. Phone number is disconnected and no response to emails I have sent. I need to make sure I am ordained by next week.
