I ordered a $49.99 ordination package because my son asked me to perform his wedding. After weeks of nothing being delivered, I emailed and checked the tracking, which said it was sitting in *******. No response. No delivery. Emailed again. No response. Tried calling and number won't go through. Tracking says it's still sitting in *******. When I checked BBB, I realized this company is a scam artist and has over 80 complaints and an F rating. Why are they still in existence stealing people's money?Review from Kenny G

I ordered there premium package a month ago. As soon as I ordered it, I got a email saying a shipping label has been created. Its been a month and still nothing. Ive tried calling and emailing but never get a response.Review from Edward B

I spoke with a member over the phone and received a confirmation email that my package was on its way. However, before receiving the package, I had to submit that I had completed seminary college and my experience as a pastor over the past 14 years. Ordered basic package $49.99, which they received payment. Received email that stated it was sent, but tracking number was left blank. Have never received it nor a response from them. Stay away from this scam!Review from Johnny G.

Very disappointed in this group. They actually did what they said and sent me my package and I thought everything was great, until I realized that it said my license expires in one year! So Ive been trying to contact them to find out how to get it renewed and still no response from them!!Dont understand why a group perpetrates as a ********************** and then completely ghost their customers that trusted them. I should have looked further into their status and reviews before ordering through them. I would definitely go through another organization if I was yall and now Ive got to get licensed again through a different organization to perform any more weddings.Review from RL H

I suggest that all affected purchasers who have not received there ordered products ,file their complaint with the ***** attorney generals office also ,you can do it online and only takes a couple minutes .I did not receive my packet ,nobody will answer the phone or reply to my emails ,over 3 weeks now and all I got was a notice that **** is still waiting for my package in *******Review from Michael L

Happy with the process and delivery ****** ******** Ordered my supplies on August 11th 2023 & received August 28th 2023 priority mail which takes 3wks don't count Sundays.United national church website order status doesn't work but they do email you. I got 15 email while waiting for certificates and supplies. Hope this helps God bless y'all.Review from Lori F

I paid ***** to obtain my ordination. It had been over a month and not reccieved anything! The number they give in their email about shipping is not the ***** Scam now I have to do something as I was supposed to marry my friends!Review from Richard B

This is a scam. When the good Lord comes back and He will. I dont believe this business or the people running will be going to the *********************** with Him!!!! Im putting a 1 star only because I have put something. In my personal opinion it should be a negative 5 star.
