            I ordered 2 bras from this company. It took a very long time to receive them and when I did, there were nothing as described. I reached out to the company for my money back. They are based out of China or somewhere apparently because they were nasty and rude and refused To give me my money back, even when I explained to them that their bait and switch technique technique really wasn't working for me. It literally would take 3 people to get this bra on. The company has shunned me now and refuses any compensation and basically told me that I was fresh out of luck.

            So, after seeing this ad on Facebook, I decided to attempt the purchase of two bras; MISTAKE # (1) the items took almost a month and then they blamed it on Covid-19: MISTAKE #(2) the same bras are sold on Amazon for half the price that JLMI Day Proud is selling theirs for: MISTAKE #(3) the bras do not fit as described on their online Ad. and to be on the safe side, I even sized up, but that did not work. I subsequently contacted DayProud and requested to return my item but they refused my request. In their 'No Return Policy', it stated that some items are exempted from return and 'some personal items - these items were not listed (I made and have a copy of their return policy so they cannot change it after the fact). I find this website and seller(s) very mistrustful and deceptive. This website should be looked into and SHUT DOWN immediately. I cannot be wrong with so many other unhappy buyers. BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASES FROM DAY PROUD!!! And if there are any good reviews, it's coming from them.
