I hired them for a probate case, and gave them the required retainer of $6000. After the initial retainer payment was completed, they failed to meet the required representation as soon as I had paid for it after I made a complaint about the attorney that was irresponsible on my case the owner of the firm ***** Forsythe stated that she would take ownership over my case, and stay in communication with me, which was a complete lie. The whole time I was mostly dealing with her paralegal while she was dealing with family issues so, in result, I felt like my case was not going anywhere, and chose to seek a different representation from a different firm, I made a formal email to Forsythe law stating that I would no longer be doing business with them and I needed them to send all the required case information to my new law firm also stating that I needed them to send and itemize balance with all the expenses so that they can give me back the remaining retainer fee. They chose to ignore and keep the money. They are by far the worst law firm and legal representation that anyone could seek. I warn anyone from hiring them as representation for any legal case. They will take your money and run off with it.
