FINALLY honest, timely & straightforward customer service! Reached out to ********************** in the middle of the night when our roof started leaking. We left a message with the answering service & early the next morning received a text from someone in the office confirming our message. Around 7am the owner/manager reached out via text letting us know a tech had been assigned & would be reaching out shortly. Around 9am ******* reached out & said she'd be on her way to check things out & give an estimate. The visit & estimate would be free! ******* was kind, so joyful & straightforward. She inspected the leak in the house & went into the attic to check it out closer & finally stepped outside for further inspection. Once done, she displayed detailed images of the issues for our roof, some from wear & tear, some from a poorly installed cable dish, some from wood rot, etc. Not only did she use photos, she flew a drone over the roof to show me in real-time additional issues she'd found. Not for one moment did she exaggerate issues for more work or money. Every single item was clear & she had a direct solution for each item as well. She worked up an estimate line-by-line & a timeline to get it done. It was the first time I'd worked with a contractor who left me feeling confident in the honesty of the estimate. We needed the roof to be dry so 48hours later the team tracked the weather & arrived. They completed the roof & were even able to match our 7yr old shingles! The crew completely cleaned up after themselves. ******* called to make sure they'd cleaned up & to let me know they'd be returning to paint the vents at a later date. They returned a week or so later to paint the vent pipes for added protection. All in all I would 100% recommend Performance Roofing to anyone! If you're able to request someone, I'd highly recommend *******. She was incredible & even after the job was complete she called to make sure we were happy with how it all turned out.

We had hail damage to our roof. We called Performance Roofing and they came out the next day. Communication was great! **** explained each step of process, answered all of our questions and kept ** up to date on the status of things. The roof was scheduled to be completed the following week. Everyone showed up on time and the roof was completed in one day. I would use Performance Roofing again.

We had some leaks in our roof and Performance Roofing was able to get on our 3 story house and repair what the manufacturer had never done.
