If I could give this location zero stars I would. We bought our 5th wheel 6 months ago. They are refusing to get us our tags which we paid for. They will not respond or return calls. We have even sent a certified demand letter regarding the issue which they have not responded to. They also will not give us contact info for their corporate office. Stay away from this dealership.Review from Peggy W

We took our fifth wheel in over 2 yrs ago to have an air-conditioner added. To this day it has never worked. Called to have it fixed again and ***** avoided all calls from my husband. When he did speak to him he told my husband that it had been 8 months since we had picked up the RV...I guess the don't guarantee their work for longer than that...but my husband explained to him that we had not taken it out since we got it back. When my husband got there this morning, they had words and ***** threatened to call the "law" if my husband didn't leave ASAP. My husband left and took our RV to ****** where they fixed it immediately...the board had not been installed correctly and they switched two wires and we are up and running. We replaced the main A/C unit in July, 2020 due to a compressor failure. We also added a third A/C unit to the living room. When the trailer was picked up the repairs and additions were reviewed by the customer before leaving. The trailer did not return for any new repairs for 19 months. The customer did not make us aware of any issues during this time.
The trailer returned in February, 2022 to have a bad thermostat replaced on the main A/C which was unrelated to any of the previous repairs we had made. We also made a wiring repair to the rear A/C to correct an electrical fault. It has now been 26 months since we first addressed their A/C concerns and added the 3rd A/C. We were not made aware of any persistent issues with their trailer during this stretch of time either.
On Tuesday, October 4th, 2022 Mr. **** called to discuss the A/C issues he was having. He demanded a full refund of all money he had spent with us 26 months ago. I told him I didn't know if that would be possible. I let him know we were happy to look at the trailer and address his concerns. I told him he could bring it in as soon as possible and I would immediately get someone to look at it. He agreed to come in Wednesday morning but failed to show up. Thursday, October 7th Mr. **** showed up with the trailer. Mr. **** was extremely aggressive and was yelling obscenities at my advisor. My advisor was trying to offer to have a tech look at the trailer immediately instead of him having to leave it. I met Mr. **** outside to intervene and he proceeded to yell obscenities at me calling me several names. When I asked him to please calm down so we could discuss the issue he threatened to inflict bodily harm on me and took a step toward me with balled fists. I immediately asked him to leave the property. He refused and continued to threaten physical harm to my advisor and myself. I again asked him to leave and not return. At that time, I informed him if he did not leave in the next 30 seconds, I was going to call the police.
Mr. & Mrs. **** are no longer allowed on Explore USA properties.

Awful experience! My husband and I bought our 2021 beacon vanleigh from the Houston location. We put a $250 deposit down to hold the camper while applying for the loan. The sales person we had told us we had two weeks with this $250 deposit. As we were working to get the loan through our bank they told us we only had 72 hours and had already excepted 4 other deposits for this camper. After we had our loan we expressed how important it was to get the camper to us asap. The day before I was to go pick up the camper service called and said things were broken and it would take longer. They installed a new hot water heater and cracked the trim for the hot water heater. Our door hot water heater door won't close now. When it was ready to go I went to pick it up without my husband due to him working 7 days a week. We had ordered a capture plate through the dealership and requested them install it. When I asked about it a joe biden of a service manager sold me a piece of plastic and sent me on my way. When I arrived with the camper my husband stressed how terrible this was and how I easily could have been killed had it kicked sideways while on the interstate. The parts and service team was supposed to have shipped our missing parts to us and last week we were told they had already shipped but they could not provide a tracking number because the only person who had it had left early but it would be delivered Monday. Monday came and went with no parts delivered, when I called this morning I was told the parts just shipped yesterday due to them not having a box.. We have been lied to to cover their tails for a month and are still missing the parts needed for us to be able to travel with our camper. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!Review from Melissa H

The worst experience I have ever had. Everyone lied, from the salesman (Ryan) to the serviceman (Blake). After waiting 5 weeks to pick up my new RV, it wasn't even ready. There were so many issues that were never fixed. They hadn't even cleaned it yet. The salesman had the nerve to tell me there were no refunds. I don't know how these people sleep at night!Review from Cindy P

We bought ours in Tyler, Tx. Same experience, ExplorerUSA is not a reputable dealer. On our walk thru listed several items that needed to be fixed. We went for lunch came back, they said all was fixed. Sadly nothing was fixed but we didn't know until we got home in Grapevine. I'll back up a bit, we bought her at the RV show on 1.06.2022. Salesman said when he got back to dealership on the following Monday he would get it in the bay to have it looked over & cleaned up for us to pickup. Well we didn't hear anything until 1.12 and was told the kitchen faucet needed replacing and it's a warranty issue. Well we kept calling and by 1.17 he said they still haven't heard from warranty. I know it doesn't take that long as if you actually put your request in. Long story short they finally told us we could do our walk thru on 1.24. Now this has been 2 weeks that they had plenty of time to fix anything they saw. I kept calling for our tech to confirm our appointment and got no answer or call back. I then called our salesperson and he told us the tech was no longer with them. When we went back to pick her up it was raining and took their word that they fixed the issues we had. Got home husband called them furious as some other things happened on the way home. They wanted us to bring it back (2 hour drive one way) drop her off then when they fixed everything we then we would have to come pick her up. We're furious as this was their issues and didn't think it was right for us to drive 2 round trips. He got a general Mgr involved and he made arrangements for us to take it to a closer location in Denton. Well they were no better. 3 weeks it was there and Freddy finally drove there to find nothing had been done & the guy that had been working on it was no longer there & no one knew what he had done. Well he took her and we made another appt with the ExplorerUSA in Ft. Worth and we took her there on 1.31. Guess we'll see if they will be any better.Review from Justin Q

TERRIBLE. Salesman lied to us multiple times. We spent 4 hours here and he said they had two banks approved at 8% and gave us estimate payment. Said he would call us back Monday because he thought he could get a lower rate. HE DID NOT CALL US MONDAY. Tuesday we get ahold of him and he says the best a bank could do is 17.9%. 0/10 would not recommend these dirt bags to anyone. I wish I would've read all the horrible reviews before we wasted our time with this company. We ended up getting an approval through our own bank but will not be spending a penny here. Bought a brand new RV from these people at the Kyle, TX location in September 2021. Took it on first trip over Christmas and 2 jacks wouldn't deploy and toilet leaked. Took in on Jan 4th to have fixed and was told it would take a week. Didn't get RV back until February 12th; jacks still didn't work and new toilet leaked worse than the original. They also did not winterize the RV like we asked and the sink nozzle broke off. We're now out several thousand dollars in RV spots we couldn't move in to, staying in an Air BNB almost 2 months now, and still have the same issues we took the RV in to have fixed in the first place. I spoke to the manager Joe and asked if we could get a new RV since this one has so many issues and his exact response was "It's an RV, they all have issues." This is the worst buying and customer relations experience I've ever been apart of.
