AAA arranged for Expert Towing on 1/17/2022 to tow my 2008 Infiniti G35 to ******** in Richardson to have a thermostat replaced. When I picked up my car on 1/18/22 and drove it home, the car was pulling and in need of a front end alignment. This was not a problem before the car was towed. On 1/19/22, I took my car to ************************ in Murphy to get an alignment they told me that it couldn't be aligned because the camber won't straighten out since the forward lower control arm is badly bent. The only cause for this would be due to the towing as the chain wasn't hooked up to the tow hook on the car as it should have been. It cost me $470.26 to replace the control arm and get an alignment. I asked Expert Towing to be reimbursed for the $470.26 damage that the towing did to my car. I sent pictures of the damage and an invoice that included the cost of replacing the control arm and front end alignment. Their response was that I can't prove they damaged my car and weren't going to pay for the damage. I would like to get this resolved and paid for the damage that was done. Note: Expert Towing has two different addresses on BBB in McKinney TX and it's now different from what is on their website. The phone number is the same.
